While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Worst online shopping ever - do not go there!

If you wish to deal with incompetence, unfriendliness and fraud, this is the company for you.
First impression is positive - small niche company, customer friendly etc... however be warned. They happily accept your money, then make you wait for your goods that never arrive and put you off from week to week till the 42 days have passed that would allow you to reclaim the money via paypal etc. After that, they either ignore your emails, accuse you of lies and stupidity and claim they refunded you, the problem must be elsewhere.
I have ordered something in February 2011 and the entire process was shifty: first the shipping costs calculated were wrong, then a new order had supposedly to be created, then the postale service was at fault.

Overall, I ordered, never saw the merchandise and have not received any refund to this day. I claim my money lost.

Learn from my mistake, DO NOT SHOP there!
