Excellent Service

Issues with Discovery Sport PHEV. EV not working. Took it to Team Valley Land Rover. From the first call they were knowledgeable and helpful. Graham explained what was involved and how much it would cost. I was kept informed throughout the repair. Now fixed and working fine. This experience has restored my faith in Land Rover. Excellent service. Thanks you.

Zero stars

Zero stars. Disgusting thieves and rude. Brand new Evoke 3 months old and now gone into handover Preston and told I won’t see it for 12 weeks. Now I won’t own a brand new car. Treated appalling DO NOT Buy I so regret.

My car was water damaged and electrics…

My car was water damaged and electrics had completely stopped working. Over a number of weeks the electric parts were carefully dried out and reset to keep the cost down for what could have been a very costly repair. Brilliant service all round as someone who knows nothing about cars I felt total trust in these guys . I can’t thank them enough.

We had a fault on the left side…

We had a fault on the left side tailgate strut on a Landrover Discovery Sport HSE.
I took the car into Team Valley on Wednesday morning when a very polite member of staff diagnosed the fault,ordered the part which was fitted to the car the next day by 0915 which was less than 24 hours for diagnosis. Thankyou very much to all at Team Valley Landrover!!!!!

Highly Recommended.

I recently had my Freelander at Team Valley Landrover for some diagnostic work and an MOT. I was extremely impressed with the setup and the professionalism of Graham and his team. The work was carried out to a very high standard and they did not try to upsell any work that was not required as some garage/workshops do. I would defiantly recommend them to any Landrover owner.

Giving 1 star is even generous!
My Land Rover Discovery was recovered and taken to LR Team Valley for repair in September 2020after water ingress. (My car was only 9 months old bought new and minimal miles driven since buying). Vehicle collected after 7 days - shoddy repair to windscreen so returned vehicle within 20 minutes of collecting car! and additional damage to my vehicle. Photographic evidence was taken by LR TV who advised me they would order a new door panel but lead time would be 7-10 days - 5 months later and not to mention number of phone calls I’ve made to LR TV - they have just advised they will NOT be repairing damage to my car, they had internal discussions and decided it would also be best if I took my vehicle elsewhere for its 1st year service! Great service and communication - NOT!

Certainly would not recommend this garage to anybody - you will struggle for anybody to return your calls and may end up with additional damage to your vehicle.

team valley land rover service centre

team valley land rover service centre, gateshead.

due to a flat battery i needed a security code to gain entry into my range rover, i phoned team valley land rover & was asked to pop in with proof of ownership as they couldn't give out the code over the phone.
once proof of ownership was shown i was given the security (EKA) code within a minute.
the gentleman who dealt with me couldn't have been more helpful.
a big thumbs up for customer service.
