Thanks for response that I should approach the community about my issues that your team have not resolved.
More often than not we cannot connect to devices. I connect and then it shows as offline or online, but wont connect. RESTART endpoints you say. I never used to have to go through that pain and defeats the fact these are unattended endpoints or Standard User endpoints. So I pay for another remote software to restart your software?
I pay a premium for Android connectivity, yet it does not work 90% of time, then works and cannot control, then works and every 3 min disconnects.
This is all new as prior to your new version it worked flawlessly 95% of the time.

I was able to connect immediately and with out any hesitation I enter the program I needed made my changes and it was completed all it took was a total of 10 minutes. Love this program I use it always when I need to connect with my other pc out of building. I recommend this program to all my friends for a one time us when its necessary to contact other pcs.
