Excellent help and support

The service provided by Tech Class is excellent. I required support with my new mobile phone and data transfer following problems I encountered with the initial set-up. James provided an excellent professional service. He was efficient, informed and ensured I understand all his explanations.
I will certainly use Tech Class in the future.

Excellent work

James from Tech Class has visited my home three times to retrieve documents and photos from an old computer and transfer them to a new one. He has also set up the new computer and shown me how to do the things I want to do on it. He has advised on other technology issues in the house too. James is patient, listens well and explains clearly. In my house we nickname him "Magic Man" as we have a list of I.T. questions/issues when he arrives and they have all disappeared when he leaves.

Smart TV set up

We contacted James after struggling for many months with issues with our tv and DVD recorder. Having told him what we were trying to achieve he advised on all of the options for us before researching and finding the best prices. He even contacted us again a couple of days later having find one of the options at a cheaper price. He came back to set everything up and showed us how to get the very best out of it. Wish we had asked him for help much sooner and will definitely go back to him for any IT / TV related issues in the future. His charges are incredibly reasonable and worth every penny.

Technological Breakthrough.

Having not been brought up with the computer or iPad or the ‘smartphone era’ I am now able to be part of the ‘digital age’ and I’ve learnt so much from this very patient and thorough teacher.
I would certainly recommend James without hesitation...brilliant!

The man who brought so much pleasure into our lives

James McCarter entered our lives some 3 years ago and turned out to be our greatest social asset. Thanks to his kindness and patience my Wife Christine has increased her computer skills in a massive way. James has also interested us and introduced various electronic devices which have enhanced our life style and given us great enjoyment. We are always excited to know what new electronic items he will bring along. James has added so much to our computer knowledge that we will be forever in his debt - what a kind man and how lucky we were to have his presence.

As the owner of a small business

As the owner of a small business, but not so knowledgeable with IT, I got in touch with James about 2 years ago. He has helped me out in numerous ways from sorting out viruses to recently helping me produce a more current new website. He has knowledge in most if not all areas, and has helped me save money on many occasions, and sorted out various problems. He is very approachable and has improved my computer abilities a lot. I thoroughly would recommend him to anyone.

I got to know James when I had problems with my broadband. I had used other people, who were unable to help me. James soon sorted the problem and I have never looked back. He has always given me an excellent service, he resolves problems quickly, and explains things to me in a language I can understand. He is very good with technical problems, and is always there to help, and very easy to talk to.

Initial impressions.

I first made contact with James last year after a recommendation from a friend. I was having trouble with my printer..... almost close to despair. Then James took control,first and foremost ascertaining what my needs were and then actually going ahead and purchasing me an HP printer which he brought to the subsequent meeting. We decided the the HP ink subscription would be the best way forward and took it from there. Wireless to IPad & Iphone.....perfect. Consequently James sorted out my Email server problems - such a relief and handled professionally with excellent technical knowledge in a very quiet way. For me,being able to talk things through with James,knowing he has the depth of knowledge to find a solution is very satisfactory . I would not hesitate to recommend Tech Class to friends and colleagues in the future.

I have been relying on James of Tech Class.

I have been relying on James (Tech Class) for a number of years. I am so glad that I made contact with him. James has always shown a great deal of patience in guiding me through the things I need to know to operate my IT systems efficiently. In recent months I had extremely poor broadband speeds and other related matters and received virtually no useful help from the foreign-based customer service departments. With my consent James took over negotiations with them and by his forceful but always polite and concise conversations we achieved some progress. After careful thought I decided to change the broadband provider, once again James pointed me in the right direction and was very hands-on in establishing the new system. Due to the age of my computer I decided to purchase new. Again with his knowledge of my usage and requirements he was able to recommend suitable equipment. He carried out the transfer of all data from the old system to the new.
James has a vast knowledge of IT matters and I have never come across a problem that he could not solve. He has a very pleasant personality and never makes me feel inadequate or uses complex technical language. He simplifies everything.
I would recommend James to anybody who is looking for a "safe pair of hands" when it comes to matters of computer use.

An excellent service

James provides an excellent service. He is very knowledgeable and is able to identify and resolve issues quickly. He is happy to liaise with 3rd parties i.e broadband and software providers if necessary and will do so with determination to ensure a successful outcome. He is also happy to discuss options if new IT equipment is required. He is very patient and explains things in a way which can be understood. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

In all honesty I couldn't have managed without James McCarter. He has been so helpful beyond measure, unbelievably patient, very kind and very professional. I had very little experience and knowledge when it came to using my PC but with James my confidence has grown and this has all been down to him.

Tech Class

Like many other people I can find my way round a computer but have very little technical know-how. This is where Tech Class comes in.
If you need help with a technical problem or advice on something you don't understand, then give James a ring and he'll arrange to visit you as soon as possible. He's extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I have known him for 3 years now and have often been near panic when somethings gone wrong with my computer, but he has always sorted out the problem.

James Mccarter has been my tech advisor …

James Mccarter has been my tech advisor for some years now. I recommend him to anyone who needs help with any technical problems because he is the best I have ever found in his class. The best part of his help has been consistently. He has the rare ability not only to solve any problems for me, but he has the rare ability to help one to understand the solution and to learn from him, but explains in words I can follow. Most of the books or technicians from my experience seem to show how clever they are in terms I could not follow.if you need help, try James.
