In case of issue, there is absolutely no hope to get any type of warranty or exchange

We received a product that just didn't work from the 1st day. Techmania refused to handle the warranty, and said that 1. we were responsible for sending it to the manufacturer, 2. to pay for shipping, 3. that their (hidden) terms and conditions stated that, contrary to the Swiss law and european law, they didn't assume this responsibility as a vendor

Consequently, even if they deliver a faulty product, even if they are responsible for the damage, they don't take responsibility. Never buy from this company, you will have problems

not reliable

I ordered 2 phones on 29th of October, 2014. paid imediately 431 euro and i got NOTHING. I am not able to get any answer to my emails as there is no reply at all. what a terrible service and absolutely unacceptable customer service.

where is my order Tecmania.it ?

P.S. It has been 1.5 month sisnce I put my order. Phones are getting cheaper and number of new deceived custumers is increasing.
Techmania.it stop your sales and staisfy your previous customers. Techmania should also refund the shipping cost and price difference.

THE WORST DEAL AND TRANSACTION OF MY ENTIRE LIFE

I wrote a google review for the same order and I am just copying the same here.

THE WORST TRANSACTION AND DEAL OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. I ordered Google Nexus 5 on 4th of June, 2014 and I was supposed to have it within 10 working days. It's already been three weeks and the item is still under process. The payment got cleared the same day I placed my order i.e. 4th of June, 2014. The vendor is not serious at all in dealing with customers, extremely slow and poor processing speed. I don't understand why would they wait for ten days to ship the item once they get their payment. If they don't have it in stock, they should show it as unavailable in stock. Why would they show it as available, if they don't have it and if they do have it what's the excuse of waiting for this long. This is customer deception.

After contacting the vendor, this is what I get in response, "Not wanting to venture to the dates that might not be correct, we confirm that in a short time, we will fulfill your order." After three weeks, I still don't know when I'm gonna get my order. I'm extremely regretting my purchase from this company. Additionally, they have stopped answering my emails. I'm extremely angry with myself why didn't I buy it directly from [external reference] :@ I don't recommend dealing here to all those who want peace of mind. I'm really pissed off.

I am editing my review for fourth time. They are not responding my emails and have disappeared. I'm planning for going to court against these guys. And I am shockingly surprised, how the did they get this 4.4 rating. Are people out of their minds. I wouldn't even give them one star but google doesn't provide me a negative or 0 star review.

This is in response to the reply from Techmania. The last response from you guys was on the 23rd of July. You haven't answered any of my emails since then so you better not lie on this forum please. It's been a month and this is ridiculous you guys still don't know when are you going to ship my order. Shameful totally shameful.
