Ordering fine but they sent me wrong item which meant I was out of this product for 5 days in my salon and wasn t very happy about this as I use this product on every dog !!!
They are sending the correct one out to me but then I have to box up the wrong one, securely I've been told !! That they sent In error and give that to the courier

Speedy delivery
I placed my order for Groomatech Easy Ear Cleaning Solution on Wednesday 29/04/2015 and received a confirmation email at 13:34 that day.
I received a further email at 14:04 that same day informing me that my order had been dispatched.
If I had heard the postman at my door it would have been delivered at 12:15 the following day, less than 24 hours after ordering, and I had not paid anything extra to have it delivered so fast.
I was very impressed with the efficiency of the service and would not hesitate to recommend Technogroom ltd.
