We bought a very expensive gym grade treadmill about 10 years ago and is a very lightly used but excellent product. Stopped working last week so I called Technogym. The callout is over £170 and is paid upfront so I paid on Friday morning via instant banking!! Despite the very pleasant lady from Technogym calling me their systems still had not picked up the payment on Monday afternoon. Ridiculous in today's instant banking world. The engineer came out on Tuesday morning and after 15 minutes said there was a fault in the main control box (could have been a fuse for example) BUT their policy is to replace the whole box!!! Not even investigate. The whole box was replaced in 5 minutes at a cost of £1005!!!!!! Absolutely outrageous to have spent nearly £1200 like that. What a waste!! Would never ever buy a Technogym product again.

I dealt with Katie Hindmarsh at the consumer support and found the interaction to be constructive, positive and helpful. I was able to close the deal to buy the equipment i was looking for in two short calls mainly due to her ability to cut a win-win deal. Thanks and overall a very good experience.

I ordered a strength set from the Technogym team. Got a bar and a range of weights. Delivery was quick and the guys who delivered it were polite and bought everything into where I needed it.

I had no issues with them all at in all honesty.

The weights and bar are the high quality expected.

We recently bought a Technogym Bench for our home gym and we absolutely love it. The Bench arrived sooner than expected and delivery was organised. It was delivered with great care by the team who went above and beyond helping us move our other equipment around in the process. The bench is sturdy and neat, perfect for our space, we love it.

We bought a treadmill and the service was great from order to delivery. Short delivery time and communication excellent. Delivery date/time was arranged to suit me. The guys who came were great and quick at installing it. Love the treadmill. Both me and my partner use it. Love the Bluetooth link for iPad so get free access to stats after runs etc.
Highly recommend it!!

We bought a Technogym Bike for the family. It has been great so far. Service from sales team was spot on. The delivery showed up on time and they helped set it up. Perhaps the delivery team could have provided more support, but it is pretty self-explanatory to use. The mix of spin classes is excellent across iRebel, Revoluton and Technogym streaming. The bike is itself is super solid and well made. I appreciate others have had less positive experiences, but ours was excellent.

is just brillant the best running machine on the market for me.

I bought a £10K Kinesis machine and technogym has been awful to dealt with form trying to organise a date to install it to install it correctly. In between they came unannounced to install the kinesis but they came empty handed thinking the machine was already delivered. They finally showed up with the equipment and needed our guys to help them carry the heavy equipment upstairs. Once all installed, we realised it wasn't straight and now we cant get them back! appalling! I put 1 star because i cannot put 0 which is what they deserve!

I purchased a Technogym Bike two months ago as I was looking for a cardio piece for my home. I have been extremely impressed by the quality and functionality of the Bike. Both my partner and I train on it daily. 100% recommend!

I purchased the Technogym Bench and it was delivered as promised 3 weeks later, straight to the floorspace I asked by the team.

Its a great piece of equipment, offering the ability to complete a full body workout in a small area, guided by the Technogym App and professionally filmed vidoes.

Highly recommend for any home gym, or just a small corner of your house!

Really great machine and set up service. Purchased a MYRUN treadmill and cannot be happier. I am 6"2 and 103kg and its all ok - really good belt and not a narrow running surface like I thought originally. Machine looks great and is good quality. Set up was good and the company technogym uses to install are fine. Technogym are good machines for sure.

I have been so impressed with Technogym during and after the recent purchase of one of their treadmills. Their sales team were quick to answer questions we had on their online ordering system and the treadmill arrived with a professional team on the date specified. We are super pleased with the quality and functionality of the treadmill and with my wife and I both being into endurance sports have put it through it's paces. We noticed a strange sound after a couple of days of using it and I had an engineer booked in after a quick call to the after-sales team, who arrived on time and quickly identified and fixed the issue.

After reading some negative reviews I was hesitant to order the Lunica Technogym that I wanted. I phoned Katie in Sales with my concerns and she reassured me. Consequently I ordered the gym, delivery was as promised, Bishopsgate (Ian & Dave) phoned 30 minutes before delivery, they were 100% great and installed the gym and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Frustrating experience!!

Ordered the Technogym bench. They try to lure you with fast delivery after immediate payment. I had to pay before 17:00 and the order would be with me next week. I did pay but the fast delivery was non-existent. After a phone call, I found out that the bench wasn't even available. So we went from delivery next week to an 'estimate' delivery in three weeks. Cancelled the order after reading the horrible experiences people had with Technogym. Now let's see if how long it will take for them to refund me...

Great innovative products, but poor quality vs. Price
After sales is inexistant.

Terrible company!! customer service manager Thomas with no personality or communication skills has gone off on holiday. While customers like myself have been waiting for months for my order. They have repeatedly changed the delivery date and ignored my emails. Technogym is the epitome of terrible customer service, detached from their customer. Money grabbing greedy company!!!

I was looking to buy a new brake board $495 in the middle of April 2020. Yes, I know there was a lot going on in the world but it took until May 26 for me to get the part. In order for me to get the part I had to contact customer service several times, use social media and emailing consistently. This part was incompatible with my technogym wave machine according to the second tier salesman. Was told may 28th I would receive a refund the next day along with a UPS tracking number to send the brake board. I was then trying to contact anyone that I could since the salesman refused to email me back. I finally was able to contact someone and it took me until July 17 to get my refund only two weeks after they received the brake board. Completely unacceptable customer service!!

Just horrible. Hell is real and it smells like Technogym.
Paid for the treadmill £6000 five, FIVE months ago and all I've gotten from them is dozens of messages "I’m raising this with my manager as we speak to get an answer for you today"
