Great exepriences with TechSmith

Great exepriences with TechSmith, always

First I LOVE Snagit....and I have been using it for over 20 years, and it is one of the few external applications that I have that I used multiple times, every single day. The tool is great, and customer experience and responsiveness has been excellent whenever I needed it.

Snagit - great utility that I can't be without!

I used Snagit in my job before I retired. After I retired and had to buy my own computer I missed not having Snagit so I purchased a copy for my desktop computer and laptop. I use it a lot. It's a great way to screen scrape to keep documentation instead of writing things down.

Superb customer service

Techsmith's customer service and technical support departments are top notch. They are fast, reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Not only do they get back to me with any issues promptly, I feel that they genuinely care about my issue and stay with it until it is resolved.

The portal is terrible

The portal is terrible, and it does not allow for Admins to purchase licensing and I have to call or email which causes delays.
