This site was user friendly with all the info easy to find. Their price was the best even despite Black Friday sales.

Google search claimed that there was free postage for this item, but I was charged $9.95 shipping. Delivery speed/time was good, but courier was difficult to contact, as they just did not pick up the phone on multiple attempts to contact.

Received my first dock literally less than 24hrs after ordering. I had issues with it after about a week and TechTide replaced it immediately without any dramas. Excellent company to deal with. Great prices and great customer service. Will definitely return for more products!!

I purchased a microsoft surface dock originally as it was on special (a very good price) and at that point was still deciding on the actual surface pro and accessories. The dock arrived within a couple of days of the order so I then decided to ask for a quote from Tech Tide on what I needed and they gave a very fair deal hence purchasing everything I needed and again it arrived within a very short period of time. I was pleased not to have to be "hassled" by sales people, along with not having to do a two hour plus round trip to make a purchase. Any questions I had were handled efficiently and effectively.
