Ordered a desk online,
it took nearly 2 weeks, despite several emails to discover that item shown as stock on their web site, was in fact discontinued and hence unavailable!

They did not even start "processing" my order for a week!

Very port customer service.

I shop a lot online, and have used numerous online retailers over the years, I guess it's impossible to say that any are completely hassle free, as I've had my fair share of minor issues with both big companies and the small one's also, so I now don't even bother getting too concerned if its a big multi-national company that i'm familiar with or not!...what I definitely am concerned with is price however, and if I'm after an item i'll pretty much usually dig-up the cheapest price out there, so my digging found this company via a google search, the item I was after was actually showing as 'limited stock' so I called them to get the low-down, I also had a couple of technical questions I wanted to ask, I'm not usually compelled to write reviews, but the lad I spoke to on the phone was refreshingly helpful and really went out of his way to answer my questions, he even contacted the manufacturer for me to get an compatibility question answered and called me back within the hour, so long story short, the item arrived I think 3, maybe 4 days later and I definitely use techu again, especially if I needed any technical questions answered before I bought (head and shoulders better tech knowledge than the high street!)
