Best Customer Service Phone Case Company
Best customer exp ever, highly recommend! I read the mixed reviews due to supplier being international but I really wanted the unique design of this phone case not sold elsewhere. I own an older Iphone model that was not listed in the categories. I emailed customer support (respond ever ~24-48hrs), and they promptly added the model for me to choose. When I received it (COVID times ~1.5-2 weeks to USA) the case was exactly as described, amazing quality, no funky smells, perfect finish well worth the wait money and design. However, unfortunately, when checking out I accidentally selected the wrong model in a rush even though they added my model. I emailed customer service again, they said not a problem, told me to keep the case if I ever get another phone size matching it and and sent me another phone case for my old iphone and that they would cover the shipping. I was truly surprised by the customer support, likely one of the best I've had internationally! Frankly, I would recommend this phone case company to anyone as long as they are OK with the shipping wait. 11/10 :) Thank you!

AVOID - THEY SELL CHEAP CRAP
Took weeks to get to me despite paying for expedited shipping. Both items were low quality and one wasn’t even what I had ordered.
You can find the same things on Amazon or Ali Express for less than half the price this place charges.

I bought the 2020 Aluminum + Titanium Shockproof Gorilla Tempered Glass Case from Techypop. The first drop, from only 2 feet to hardwood floor absolutely shattered the tempered glass. Terrible. Do not buy!

The phone case is just as I expected it will be; it fits my phone perfectly and the color quality and details are excellent. I had some issues with my delivery but the customer service team was absolutely helpful and resolved it without much issue. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.
