The wood was all wrongly cut, not symmetrical which was really disappointing as the price is not low. The minimum we were expecting was the measures to be done well. Also all the edges were like raw and pointy which led to think it was done quickly and with little to no care / attention. In addition to that, you could easily get cut with them and a few pieces of wood even came half broken like they were about to crack any moment.

I purchased a barbecue from this site, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.
When assembling it, I noticed several issues. First, some rubber spacers needed to attach the wheels were missing. I had to buy them separately and adapt the assembly myself to install the wheels properly.
Additionally, two of the four legs had a serious threading issue: the screws wouldn’t hold, as if the threads were stripped. I had to make modifications myself, including cutting and inserting bolts, just to stabilize the barbecue.
Overall, I ended up fixing a brand-new product myself, which should not happen. I am quite disappointed with both the product and its quality.

Everything was good and well handled arrived in time and delivery was great

Ok few days in late, due to high season shipping. Not ok that after 8 days, still it is not sent, and the customer care apologized, but then did not say nothing about when it arrives. Hope that it will not take more than two weeks at this point.

Fast, very good quality, simple assembly

The package arrived practically open and held together only with adhesive tape. Inside, the product was damaged and one screw hadn’t even been finished properly. Not to mention that I found sand inside the side panels...
