7” kids tablet

I bought a tablet through Wowcher for a Christmas present for my 3 year old daughter and after a couple of months, I could no longer get the tablet to switch on. I’ve contacted Tecwizz a number of times via email but not one person has responded. There is absolutely no customer service and would not recommend them to anyone

Bought a tablet in advance for my son last Christmas and wasn’t happy to find the screen quality poor, sound quality awful! Jumped, distorted and kept freezing, bought via Wowcher who advised me to contact the company, took a few tries to get to speak to anyone. Was sent a form to fill out to return and it wanted certain info that I couldn’t provide and was only going to be replaced anyway. I took the tablet to be checked and was told it was irreparable as you can’t even get the parts needed anymore! Will NEVER use this company again!

Customer support is non-existent

Customer support is non-existent! Bought a 7 inch tablet as a Christmas present. It has now stopped working and won't charge. I have made repeated attempts to contact Tecwizz about repair or replacement with no response - not even an acknowledgement of my emails. I would not recommend Tecwizz to my worst enemy!

Customer service is NON EXISTENT!!
Tablet stopped working within 2 days of it being used (27th December) have been chasing a repair or replacement for 2 months and have now been notified im expected to send the tablet back at my own cost, and await a replacement. My son is devestated will definately be buying a different reputable brand tablet in future !!

Tablet was non functional

Tablet was non functional. When u call them its states email them. Sent tablet back. They lied about sending another. Luckily i went through a socail platform so was refunded. Dont touch Tecwizz with a barge pole. C×ap.

Customer service

I recently made a purchase through the company and it was lost when with the courier . I contacted tecwizz and Dan was very helpful and patient and organised me getting a replacement product swiftly

Excellent response to a courier failure, with the replacement item being dispatched to arrive whilst the investigation is concluded so that no further distress is necessary. Great customer service, can't fault it.

Was so happy as I made mistake when ordering wrong colour. Contacted company so helpful sent it back and they sending me correct colour. Not everyone is as great at this company, Dan was great excellent customer service. Would recommend everyone to us Tecwizz. Thanku so much

I ordered a andriod core tablet for my 3 year old grandaughter for christmas and it doesnt work. The screen keeps freezing but tecwizz have just said turn it off and then on and will respond to any of my emails asking for a refund

Get sorted it at the end

I had a problem with my tablet. Faulty and no chance for refund. At the end I got a mail from costumer service explaining that they had technical issues so that's why they couldn't get my request. A very helpful worker there Dan helped me get back the refund I needed and finalise my problem. Better late than never.
Dan for tecwizz great value for your company. Please address it where is needed

Repair work done in one day!

I posted my sons tablet off on Thursday afternoon with a broken screen and as it was still in the 30 day period after being purchased they sent me a brand new one which I received on Monday morning!! So impressed with how quick they dealt with it and returned it to us thank you so much.

Excellent service

I would highly recommend Tecwizz. My grandaughter broke the switch on her tablet. I contacted Tecwizz they told me to my surprise to return the damaged tablet with email and it would be replaced. This was replaced within a fortnight and two cases were sent with this. I had also overlooked that I left an SD card in the returned tablet so I emailed them. This was returned within a couple of days, also every email sent has been answered promptly. I feel the service has been second to none. Will buy again in the future.
