I genuinely wish I could rate this with zero stars. I placed an order for $65.00 worth of items intended for the Super Bowl, but they arrived four days after the event. When I reached out to the vendor to request a return or refund since the product was no longer needed, also the items looked nothing like what was shown on the website and are poorly made.
I received an apology and was offered an $11 refund as compensation.
When I pressed for a full refund because the items are new and unworn, I was informed that they could only provide $17 as compensation.
It is evident that they are unwilling to issue a full refund.
PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS! They do not provide full refunds under any circumstances.
I would not recommend ordering from this company.
My package has still not been received, yet they keep telling me the carrier marked it as delivered. One tracking page shows a different status than the one they sent me — one says not delivered, the other says delivered. Which one am I supposed to believe?
Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they repeatedly tell me to “wait 2–3 days” or contact the post office myself. There has been no real effort to resolve the issue, no clear proof of delivery, and no discussion of a refund or replacement.
Delivery took an extremely long time, and customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive. It feels like once they have your money, they no longer care about making sure you actually receive your order.
