Teelaunch never delivered my product

Teelaunch never delivered my product, then told me I would have to pay for shipping again in order to have it "re-delivered". UPS said they never received it at the distribution center near me, that it was returned somewhere en route and they did not know why. So, Teelaunch chose an unreliable shipper, then did something wrong in the shipping instructions that made UPS think it needed to go back. Either way, I shouldn't have to pay shipping TWICE to cover their bad decisions. Plus, their customer service is virtually nonexistent. It must be in India or something because they never respond until after midnight and not even the next day. Basically, REALLY hard to do business with.

Im in the 1st stage choosing your company. I have been burned too many times and still hope for success.
My question is not if you are the cheapest, but what fees can I expect on each and every single order of a fixed price to purchaser of $50.00. Let's assume an order is $50.00 United States Hollywood, California, the next order nothing changes but location Washington D.C., finally last order same as other two but shipped to Laredo. Texas. Please assume wright, and size same as well and no hurry up orders.

Dropping Teelaunch Soon

** UPDATED** they handled my issue and got my replacement and I am happy about it now. Thank you!

I very soon will be dropping this company as well. I been selling there metal signs for almost 2 years now. Now when they mess up, they don't wanna fess up and fix it. I'm pissed now, my customer received her sign and you can clearly see there was cutting issues. Teelaunch customer service is blaming it on my design details which is a lie, because I've sold the same design 100s of times no issues, and now all of a sudden it's an issue? and they won't replace it. I'm bout done. I'm not stupid, I been selling on Etsy same products for almost 2 years and now that ya guys are lying to me, which just straight just pissed me off. So now I will be moving all my metal signs over to MY EASY MONOGRAM company to produce my signs. Ya just lost a good seller, cause I'm sick of your crap, and now that I'm being lied too. Garbage!

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service. Received an order with items smashed and chipped due to the poor packaging. Items printed off centre with no care taken. Will not be using them again.

Stay Away!

If you want to have money come out of your pocket then go with Teelaunch. They really are not customer service friendly and never address any concerns that we have as sellers. Out of all the POD companies, they by far are the worst. It's too bad because they have some nice products.

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE! This company used to be really great. Then they changed up their website and nothing works. There is NO customer service. There is no way to contact anyone. I have SEVERAL orders that I got charged for and the customer never received. Money out of MY pocket! I can't get a refund for the orders. I can't get a hold of anyone at TEELAUNCH. There is no way to file a ticket and get someone to respond to me. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Useless company

This company is crap. Customer service sucks. I sent 2 different emails since october last year no respond from them at all.

Adios teelaunch, time to look for another pod supplier.

They put a reject label on our customer’s good item and on others did such a bad job our stores received one star reviews for faulty products

We have had to drop Teelaunch from multiple stores we were using them for because they were sending barely dyed products to our customer base. Our last product was supposed to be black and our customer provided images of a dark green. Blue is old and pale. The red appears orange juice orange to customers. They argue when you complain how difficult it is getting inks right and making it look like we are the bad ones. We would settle for a faded off black or vintage looking shade of anything. Everything is way off. Maybe they do a great job for people who churn in more orders. But how do they expect us to sell 1000’s of inventory if they don’t please the initial customers we have? Today we learned that our last order was correct but the customer’s box received a “reject” sticker on the side. What is this? This company is going to fold if it continues this way. They start out great which is why you see the five star reviews on here but after a few months if you aren’t selling in the masses, they start mailing your customer faulty items. The excuse on the blankets was “they wouldn’t be soft with deeper dye,” so I guess Teelaunch has never heard of Pusheen, Target, Hello Kitty, Baby Shark and the many well made blanket companies. We didn’t want to ditch them because people loved the shower curtains but we had to. Here’s a single one star review for the many sales we lost and multiple one stars we got. Hope you enjoy it because we aren’t independently wealthy like you are at Teelaunch and maybe if you lose sales for what you do harming shops’ business, you can now relate to us.

Think twice

If you want to use this app for your business think twice. production time is too long. I've placed an order for a customer on 16 Nov it took them 2 weeks to print a mug and another 2 to deliver so that order arrived on 15 Dec and the worst part after all that waiting it was broken and even the print area wasn't placed properly and there's no time for replacement before Christmas and when I applied for refund they refunded the product only so I have to pay for shipping for damaged goods!

We are not https://www.tee-launch79.com/, that is a site that is using our trademarked company name to confuse customers. They did so in order to confuse customers into thinking they are purchasing from the real teelaunch. If you look at the bottom of the website they are based out of Indianapolis, we are based out of South Dakota. From the terms of service page, its evident they are using Teechip.com (one of our competitors) to fulfill the masks. I regret that you did not get what you paid for, but there is nothing I can do about this as we did not sell you a mask. I would contact https://teechip.com/contact.

I recently signed up for tee launch for my shopify store and the links always appear to be broken. This happened once before and I just abandoned the project and tried back again today. I tried all three of the servers I use (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and still the same thing. They don't seem to have online chat, so I guess I'll have to look for a new app.

Excellent quality, Excellent customer support

The customer support is very helpful. I can turn to them with any question or a problem I have and they were always prepered to help and resolve the issue. They also have a great variaty of products and very easy system of launching the products to the store. I love them!
