Once Tees Law had allocated a lawyer, the process was pleasant and efficient. Getting a lawyer appointed was torturous.

They are very helpful and explain things very clearly.

Use Anne Ellis of Tees for all conveyancing. Her professionalism and attention to detail are my key reason for using but should also note really good team around her.

Overall a very good experience dealing on a conveyance where money was to be gifted from part of the proceeds. Prompt and responsive with sensible advice given both for the conveyancing and gifting. It was well worth the extra expense of choosing a local but larger practice. Having had other dealings with 'production line' conveyancing recently, this experience was far superior.

I only gave 4* because the ID process was not a slick as it should have been in a practice this size. Specifically we went through it on starting the conveyance and then had to do it again for a second consultation on the gifting.

They are terribly pedantic, they interpret the rules in their own way. Their solicitors clearly have to abide by these rules and are unable to use their own judgement, even in the most simple of matters.

Janine Collier is an extremely good and competent partner, solicitor and negotiator.

She kept me updated throughout my claim and also contacted me at various points to make sure I understood what was happening with the claim and was ok.

Janine assembled a great team of experts and continually challenged them – and the defendant on the evidence they presented.

Anne Elliss recently conveyed a property in Shenfield on our behalf. She and her team were superb, responsive, concise and efficient. For what can be a stressful experience was made easy by Anne. I would like give a special mention to Lisa Honey. Going through the family law process is most probably the most difficult times that someone can face.
Lisa has been working with me from start to finish. I must say I could not have done and achieved what was the right out come with out her. Whilst being professional Lisa also showed me a great deal of empathy and certainly put my mind at ease on many occasions.
