Throughout an extraordinary, prolonged divorce, which started at the beginning of a worldwide pandemic during covid lockdown I would like to show my appreciation and gratitude. I received an exceptional committed professional team led by Joshua Coombe and assisting lawyer Caitriona Rafferty who dealt with every aspect of my divorce over a difficult four year process. They were thorough, fair, patient, transparent and always available for any questions and concerns. When faced with complex challenges their In-house selective experts were on hand and dealt with quickly and calmly which put me at ease. Their court preparation was exceptional.
Cost was monitored throughout and advised on a regular basis. Such a competent, friendly team. As a result I received an all round positive ending.

We received excellent and efficient service when reviewing and updating our wills with Taranjit Kaur at Tees Law, Saffron Walden. She listened very carefully to changes we needed to make, made some very helpful suggestions and explained all the relevant issues around wills and inheritance. The whole process was conducted quickly and carefully. Many thanks. We would be very happy to work with Taran again in the future.

The service at the company was very poor, and the need to have legal jargon we felt could have been in more simpler terms early on in the process which could have speeded up the process.
The contract with the company was very long and it took an unnecessary amount of time over 8 months for what should have been a simple document, and emails had to sent to find out how the legal process was proceeding.Then asked to hurry due to a pending retirement.
We would NOT recommend this legal company to anyone, and would definitely not use them in the future.

Tina Allen was amazing, very professional, replied instantly, she made moving house stress free when it came to the legal side of the sale. Pushing along the buyers solicitors to help get a quicker completion date finalised as soon as possible. Would recommend!!

James Scarborough was fantastic - super friendly and clear throughout explaining legal text in a way that is easy to understand and provides clarity. He was clear with costs throughout so no nasty surprises and the service was timely.

Our solicitor was not very helpful, digging into the issue that came up in our house purchase (house modifications without any documentation). Her answers did not give us any confidence that the issue can be resolved and we had to back out of the purchase. I believe our solicitor was fairly junior, so i don't fully blame her, but the leadership in the company must be poor as there as no sign of expertise shown during our use of their services. We would NOT use Tees law again.
