I've used Tees Law twice in the past few years. Both times they have been highly professional, efficient, and extremely pleasant people to deal with. They have provided excellent guidance to cause me the least stress possible, in otherwise very stressful circumstances. I would highly recommend this company, it's staff, and their services.

Kirsten Vincent and her team are incredibly efficient, helpful and knowledgeable! I have used Kirsten twice in the sales of two homes in Brentwood, one including probate, and cannot recommend her and Tees enough!

I recently sold an HMO property and appointed TeesLaw as my conveyancers.
What a joy to work with Lisa Frost, Rebecca Bates and Kerry Earle who were very understanding of the number of changes, delays and complications that were inherent in the transaction. With all their experience they guided both myself and my co-owner through the transaction and their communication and professionalism throughout the transaction was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble and clearly Lisa and her team have a deep understanding of conveyancing and property law. I would highly recommend Lisa and her team to anyone requiring a very professional, knowledgeable and communicative conveyancer.

I had a fantastic experience with Tees. I'd heard nightmares about buying your first house and how stressful it can be, but my solicitor Kate was Amazing from the start (and the team, thank you to Cathy and Fiona). They made the process super easy, they always got back to me, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. 1000% worth spending a bit more on a solicitor than going cheapest deal out there (which is v tempting as a first time buyer!).

Selling my aunts flat without a will or any paperwork could have been really stressful but Tees Law took care of everything, keeping me updated regularly and frequently. Thanks must go to Kirsten who was recommended to me by my son when he bought a house last year and I must say Kirsten made everything seem so simple. Will definitely use Tees Law if needed in the future.

the service we received was satisfactory, apart from one small error when my sons papers were sent to me in error, everything else was fine, Mr Church got the final date for the completion of the LPA;S about right.
