We've been using Teikametrics for several months to manage our Amazon ads, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The platform is user-friendly and offers helpful automation tools that have saved our team a lot of time. The AI bidding has improved performance, especially with long-tail keywords, and we've seen more efficient ad spend as a result.

One of the biggest positives has been the customer support. Our account manager is responsive, knowledgeable, and regularly provides insights to help us refine our strategy.

That said, there are a few areas where Teikametrics could improve. Reporting can sometimes feel a bit limited if you’re used to more granular dashboards, and the onboarding process could be streamlined a bit more for first-time users. Additionally, while the Walmart integration is promising, it doesn't feel as robust as the Amazon side yet.

All in all, Teikametrics is a strong choice if you're looking to scale your marketplace advertising with a partner that offers both software and strategic support.

Our agency had a profoundly disappointing experience with Teikametrics, marked by severe onboarding challenges and significant performance deterioration. The account manager who initially signed us unexpectedly departed on the very day we were scheduled to begin our onboarding process. This sudden exit created a prolonged delay, resulting in a highly disorganized and suboptimal onboarding experience that set the stage for ongoing frustrations.

While the onboarding manager assigned to our account demonstrated a good grasp of the platform's technical functionalities, he was clearly stretched thin and lacked the bandwidth to provide meaningful strategic support. Crucially, we received minimal guidance regarding best practices, and virtually no assistance in transitioning our brands from our previous ad-tech platform to Teikametrics. This oversight left us feeling unsupported and significantly impeded our ability to leverage the platform effectively.

Most troublingly, the switch to Teikametrics coincided with an immediate and severe drop in advertising performance across all five of our managed brands. Efficiency metrics plummeted, with some accounts experiencing as much as a 500% increase in ACOS overnight, devastating profitability and causing considerable stress to our clients and internal team alike. This decline starkly illustrated the inadequacy of the onboarding process and the platform’s inability to deliver as promised.

Despite multiple attempts to reinitiate onboarding and reset our strategies, the Teikametrics team consistently failed to provide insightful recommendations or any strategic support that could reverse these damaging trends. Eventually, we discontinued our use of the platform entirely. Remarkably, our performance improved significantly when we reverted to manually managing ads through Amazon's native ad manager, underscoring Teikametrics' inability to enhance, or even maintain, our existing performance levels. We strongly recommend caution when considering Teikametrics for strategic ad management.

Terrible App
Developers don't understand how Amazon PPC works or Amazon's algorithm.

The smart optimization is terrible, I have never used an app as bad as this one.

Also, when I canceled the service, they still send me monthly notifications asking for money.

I would look elsewhere for an amazon ads partner, these people talk a great talk but fail miserably at delivering, your sales will stagnate or drop and your ACOS will skyrocket. message me for proof!

Cancelled before the trial ended. I even verified with them. They STILL CHARGED and stole 100 bucks from my account. Then told me I did it a day late and refused to rectify the issue.

Teikametrics has a great story, which is why they have been able to raise VC $. But their flagship product Flywheel 2.0 simply does not work! They advertise it as a '100% risk-free trial' where you can use the product for 30days at no cost. Yup, its true, you don't have to pay upfront to use it, however, after 26days their trial has cost me just over $2400 in additional ad spend with no increase in sales.

When you move-in to Flywheel 2.0 you are able to set acos limits and a monthly spending budget. I increased by acos limits because I read that the system needs room to learn, ok I understand, then I kept by monthly budget where it usually is, $6500, as my safety. Flywheel 2.0 ignores ALL of these settings. After confirming with their support team, there are NO limits to Flywheel 2.0 spending except the daily limit in Amazon, but of course that has NOTHING to do with Flywheel. Since starting my 'risk-free trial' Flywheel has spent an additional $2400, with ZERO increase in sales, so help me understand how this is 'risk-free'. Yes, its risk-free to Teikametrics but its a 100% risk to you and your bottom line.

I contacted support simply trying to find some/any safeguards to control its spending and its clear there are none!

I have been involved in 5 software startup companies over my career, with the last resulting in an IPO, so I don't say this lightly, they should NOT be offering this product to real companies as it does not do anything it says. Choosing their 'risk-free' trial is possibly the worst business decision I have ever made. They should keep this software in the lab for another year maybe 2 and NEVER release something that cannot be controlled! I don't know if what they are doing is illegal but it's certainly BAD business!

I signed up with them for the free experience I did not like it cancelled the membership they charged me anyway. It's now been two weeks they're saying we apologize it's taking so long to get your refund they have done nothing if you look them up they have fraud cases against them as well do not use them.

Fair company

Okay, the Teikametrics employee did not show up for the onboarding call and never got back to me after I emailed him. I wrote the company and they sent an automated response which had nothing to do with what I wrote them about. I had read elsewhere that their customer service was terrible and now I have experienced it first hand. Why put the time and money into trying to get new customers with this kind of service. Stay clear of this company unless you want a couple of wasted days. Signed up with another company, great onboarding and they took the time to understand my business.

Teikametrics Flywheel 1.0 was a great tool. It saved me a lot of money, and optimized my Amazon campaigns. Once they upgraded to Flywheel 2.0 AI, my campaigns started going haywire, it was difficult to get in touch with support regarding the glitches, and support seemed to lack the tools to resolve the issues. It seems to me that they prematurely launched Flywheel 2.0 without proper testing. I had to switch to Helium 10 Diamond Plan,which is priced higher but has a feature called Adtomic, which is similar to Flywheel 1.0. I hope they get Flywheel 2.0 figured out one day.
