Received an error report number from Microsoft regarding E-mails, could not send or receive e-mails. Called Microsoft, they transferred my call to another company. These people kept me on the computer for 3 days, total 8 hours & never fixed the problem. I went to "Tekglance, & within 15 mins. The problem was fixed. This is great!!! Wonderful!!!
