Very good tool to learn through webex. It enable the students to manage their time and get connected for self learning. I suggest to add simple exams or quick quizzes for more motivation. Or maybe some sort of assignment or projects.

The learning courses are fun interactable and helpful.

I signed up for the course for my son, paid my £70 then changed my mind and asked for a refund.

It was so hard to get this refund!!! First they were calling and calling trying to discuss why I wanted the refund. I kept emailing them to say, just give me the refund I've asked for. It was over a week, then they finally got hold of me. The person on the phone was not taking no for an answer. He could tell I was getting annoyed but kept saying my son needed to do the trial first, which was what the £70 was for, I kept saying I no longer wanted to do the trial, it just kept going round like this. I eventually just said I'm not interested in the trial and that's it, I had to hang up.

To get my money back I had to raise a dispute with PayPal!! If you use these people, pay via PayPal!!

This has been a fantastic venture that our 13 yr old has thoroughly enjoyed. As a parent I know that he is picking up industry skills that they do not learn in school & will be well prepared for later life.

DST is started in US and but your timing is not changed. Please change the class time

Tekkie Uni have put "purchases" through on my bank account for R8000+. They did this so that I could not return a stop order. I have enlisted the help of my banking institution 's fraud department. Holding thumbs that I an get my money back. I was not even supplied with a student number. My son was supposed to attend a trial class, but no details were communicated to me, so naturally he could not even attend the trial class. Without getting in touch with me the deducted the R8k +. I found details of other people who were ripped off. My bank also has their details. I'm sorry I did not utilize PayPal.
