SCAM "handeringskostnad" 150 NOK for nothing
SCAM!
My product does not work and I reached out to them to get it fixed within the guarantee period. I told them that I had it for 1 year when they told me to send it. Once they received it they told me that it was not in the guarantee period because it was over 1 year old. Why did I have to send it to you then? Okay, they sent it back even without fixing it. A couple of weeks after I get a bill of 150 NOK which I have to pay for "hanteringskostnad." They have their customers send items to them in return for them billing them 150 as a part of an ongoing money generator. I see on other countries that this is something they have been doing for a long time on pursue. Really scammers and keep away from them. They are probably selling used products because I was wondering at the beginning why my product was unpacked when I received it.
