Let's be honest, I hesitated a bit on buying in this store because they had a product that I could not find anywhere else, even the brand's website was out of stock. However, all the good reviews here helped me to decide and I took the chance.

The product arrived super fast (in 24h!). It is the right product, brand new with all the accessories. Basically what they advertised and I payed for. Tekshop247 is a great shop and deserves this recognition from my end.

I ordered an item that I needed pretty urgently due to a personal situation and tekshop247 bent over backwards to help me. I will not deny that I was more than etremely grateful for the help that they gave me.

It is not often that you come across a company that is interested in your situation and is more than happy to help you.

£900 XTX Graphics card caught fire in my pc causing damage to my system. Trying to communicate with them after a problem is a nightmare. Now they are trying to suggest it could have been user error. Shop somewhere else, this is way to much stress for me to cope with.
edit 07/08/23 Tekshop247 your last email to me told me to contact Asus directly to sort it out & as i already told you, i had contacted Asus & they don`t want anything to do with it as it should all be going through you, the company i bought it from & once again after contacting them for a second time they confirmed that you should be arranging the return of the faulty graphics card. As i considered we had reached a stale mate in communication i contacted my bank to start a section 75 investigation for the return of my money. All you had to do was arrange for the collection of the faulty card at the start, which i was told would happen over the phone. I have nothing to worry about as i am just telling the truth. sort out your after sales procedure & customer satisfaction.

Arrived the next day, I didn't even order until late afternoon. Product exactly as described, genuine EPSON as described and excellent value. A great purchasing experience, thank you
