Great Tech Support

We’ve been with Tela for over 4 years now, they provide great tech support and competitive prices. We feel that Ed especially goes out of his way to make sure we have everything we need.

Five stars to Ed and Laura

Tela couldn’t be better to deal with, friendly service and you can always get to talk to someone. Ed and Laura have gone above and beyond to provide a brilliant service.

Incredibly helpful

The people at Tela could not of been more helpful! Constant updates and even when the courier lost my order they had a replacement ordered before the end of the day for delivery the following working day. Amazing personal service like you don’t get anywhere else!

Not looked back since.

I was a bit wary when Tela first reached out to me. I thought it was another call about telecoms and how these guys would be better than the rest. Luckily for me and Tela I actually needed telecoms services and I thought why not as the initial price sounded fair.

2 years in, ive had no hidden costs or nasty suprises and these guys have actually delivered as promised. Yes there was a few hiccups at first but nothing that wasnt resolved with a quick call to their service desk.

Anytime I have had to call up Tela it has been a pleasant call and lead to a quick resolution.

These guys are deffo worth switching to.

Continued professional service!

Having been with Tela for nearly 3 years now, I can only say how helpful they have been. Our business has received consistent, helpful support from a number of their representatives and I can’t recommend them enough!

Helpful and personalised service that goes above and beyond a normal service provider!

Disregards for Customers - Avoid

Our experience with Tela has been overwhelmingly negative and stressful, and we strongly advise against engaging with them due to their lack of understanding and professionalism.

We signed a substantial three-year mobile contract, which included a 90-day notice period for termination. As the contract neared its end, we clearly communicated our intention to cancel approximately 50% of the numbers and port the remaining ones to another provider. However, due to missing the official notice deadline by just 10 days, Tela unilaterally enforced an automatic two-year renewal—re-signing all numbers, including those no longer needed—without any flexibility or consideration.

Even when we attempted to reach a reasonable compromise by keeping the required numbers active for the extended period while terminating the unwanted ones, Tela are not forthcoming to accommodate this request. Their rigid enforcement of policies, with no regard for fairness or customer satisfaction, has been deeply disappointing.

In addition to this, their communication is consistently poor. Email inquiries often go unanswered, requiring multiple follow-ups before receiving a response.

Further demonstrating their inefficiency, we had a secondary, smaller mobile contract that we explicitly requested to be terminated at the end of its term. Despite acknowledging this request, Tela continued to invoice us for several months after the termination notice was given. Currently waiting on a response to this.

Overall, our dealings with Tela have been frustrating and unprofessional. We strongly urge others to exercise caution before entering into any agreements with them.

Dear Manoj. I am unsure why you have published this anonymously. We take all feedback very seriously. Our terms and conditions are clear regarding the 90-day notice period, as referenced in your signed contract, are published online and repeatedly reminded via e-mail to business customers. As you have acknowledged yourself in your review, the deadline for providing notice was missed. We had also reminded your team / internal counsel about the required notice date, and as we discussed, and you accepted, internally the contract had not been managed by Access, hence the notice date was missed. Notice periods are standard with any business, and any contract. We therefore find the review completely unfair and inaccurate, as we have the right to enforce contractual terms and conditions, as you yourself as a business will do in your own contracts. Furthermore, we went the extra mile and offered under several no obligation alternative goodwill proposals, none of which you accepted despite our desire and keenness to engage. Communication has been open and transparent throughout and you fully agreed and accepted the position during our last communication.

Steer clear.

Significantly overpriced for seemingly no benefit, they also have incredibly predatory contractual terms and have withheld a refund they owed us as we left the service. Despite having to pay out the rest of our contract in full anyway the attitude felt very bitter afterwards. - To clarify a point in the response by Tela, the accumulated money that was due to be refunded was from the previous contractual period and not accumulated during the agreement that was cancelled - we also had to submit our own invoice for a refund as opposed to being given it regularly as a credit note. I'm sure it's not a coincidence multiple bad reviews have appeared suddenly in the last few weeks.

Dear Joe. We are sorry that Grant UK Limited felt so strongly as to leave a poor review. However, as you are aware, we have merely as advised carried out the signed and agreed terms of your contract with Tela. We take all feedback very seriously. Our terms and conditions are clear regarding notice period, as referenced in your signed contract, are published online and repeatedly reminded via e-mails to business customers. Notice periods are standard with any business, and any contract. As you are aware, you requested early termination from your contract, and for PAC’s which were provided promptly. Naturally, this meant that any subsidy that was part of your original deal was null and void, and again, this was made clear to you. Should have chosen to engage and discuss this subsidy would have been considered as an enhancement within a new potential agreement At no point have you complained about value for money, and we have tried to engage with you on several occasions for contract reviews as part of our account management. These attempts have been unsuccessful and none of our calls or messages have been responded to.

We therefore do not agree with your review, as we have merely invoked our right to carry out the signed contractual terms, rather than any poor service or poor value. Without engaging we are not sure what else we could do. I am sure that Grant UK Limited would not view such reviews kindly when no poor service or value has occurred or responses from yourselves has not been forthcoming.

Do not recommend Tela

We have had a negative experience with Tela. We missed a contract end notification date, and instead of having to wait a further notification term (i.e. 90 days), we have to wait a further two years to end service. We have raised a complaint about this matter, but we have been advised to either pay out the contract to leave or to stay with the business for a further two years.
Further, although we have sent many emails complaining about service provision from the inception of our contract relating to phones not roaming effectively, phones simply having no service in the UK etc, none of this is recognised by Tela as we did not send in the feedback via their customer feedback portal. This to us is quite unfair and very dismissive of the huge level of inconvenience to us.

Dear Sarah. We are sorry that Gurr Johns Limited felt so strongly as to leave a poor review. We take all feedback very seriously and have been still in dialogue making your current feedback perplexing. Our terms and conditions are clear regarding the 90-day notice period, as referenced in your signed contract, are published online and repeatedly reminded via e-mails to business customers. Notice periods are standard with any business, and any contract. We therefore find the review completely unfair and inaccurate, as we have the right to enforce contractual terms and conditions, as you yourself as a business have done so in your contracts. Furthermore, we went the extra mile and offered under no obligation alternative goodwill network proposals which we were on your request going to discuss with you. Communication has been open and transparent throughout and you fully agreed and accepted the position. Your complaint was directed due to your desire to leave and essentially for us to waive any consequences of you doing so. Likewise threatening us is not conducive to agreeing to a consensual solution. As you have acknowledged yourself in your review, the deadline for providing notice was missed by you. We therefore find the review unfair and inaccurate. In addition, as mentioned we have worked hard with the network to secure you an alternative deal (at cost and profit to Tela!) that is financially beneficial to you and provides better value for money than your alternative quote direct with the network. You have so far refused to accept this offer. As you are also aware, no complaints have been received about the current service provision, and only regarding network coverage, which as you know, is beyond Tela’s control and can only be affected by the network themselves.

We therefore do not agree with your review. I am sure that Gurr Johns Limited would not view such reviews kindly when no recent poor service or value has occurred.
