It’s s scam
It’s s scam! I “bought” le Creuset cookware and received a “best wishes” card!
Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. ‘Bought’ kitchen equipment (Le Creuset) for a ridiculous-seeming discount.
I quickly changed my mind realising this discount was too good to be true! I emailed the (now deleted) email address, they responded and originally said I couldn’t have a refund but eventually (when I pointed out that refusing a refund was illegal) they sent a refund nonetheless. They also sent me a tracking code 🤷♀️
Since then, I’ve received a postcard saying ‘best wishes’ on it, instead of the ‘goods’. Thankfully, already had the refund but wouldn’t want others having to go through this.
Bank was great, they’ve cancelled my card etc.
This is a scam
This is a scam. Bought crockery but all that was delivered was a postcard.
Instagram Scam Account
I 'bought' items via an Instagram advert for discontinued Le Creuset stock to receive a package containing a card saying 'Best Wishes'
I lost £66.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS it’s a 100% SCAM!!!
I first saw this fake setup on Instagram, the website is “so convincing” but sadly it is a fake setup simply taking your money!
Thankfully, although long winded my bank has been amazing, they placed a block on my account that prevents this fake setup taking any further funds
They explained that this setup uses SP Teleblack with the SP prefix meaning the scammers are using a “SQUARE” digital card processor
They would only have the First & Last sets of digits, & cannot retrieve the others at all, so that was a massive relief!
I had been checking my Banking App several times a day worried they had taken further funds
I have to wait 15 days from the original order date to allow the scammers time to send any goods, but that time is nearly up & therefore the Visa Dept can hopefully refund the money to my account
I was so relieved to learn that my bank had placed a stop on this dreadful setup (almost certainly Chinese) that even if I lost my initial innocent payment at least no other funds could be taken
The super-helpful chap from my bank said I had a strong case, so fingers crossed, but just preventing the scammers taking any further funds is a massive weight off my shoulders
I only hope this & other reviews prevents anyone else going through this awful experience 🤞
CHINESE SCAM on Instagram
Be careful with these Chinese scams
You order le creuset items for very little price and you receive a post card at home
Too good to be true is indeed true!
Too good to be true, is indeed the truth. Don't be duped like I was. Ordered some le Creuset pots and pans. All I received was a card with best wishes on it. Can't contact the Shop app (shopify) until 30 days after purchase. Absolute scam.
Total scam
Total scam, all you receive is a card with “Best Wishes”, avoid at all costs!!

Scam!!!!!!! Fraud!!!!
Just like others victims.
I ordered cookware. They gave me a tracking number for a package, which appeared very normal. Royal Mail UK also advised me of the delivery. 21 days after the order I received a package from China - a small envelope with a note saying Best Wishes! Totally scam!!!
I will initiate chargeback with my bank.
Total scam
Total scam. Same as others. Opened a dispute via my bank and hoping for the best. Ordered cookware that never arrived and the tracking they provide goes cold. If it seems too good to be true it always is. Lesson learnt
Same as others
Same as others. All I got was a card. I initially thought the price sounded a bit TOO good, so I was aware that I could get scammed..Don't buy from them.
Same as others
Same as others. Complete scam. Got a tracking number. And then a Best Wishes card.
They’re all over Facebook and need to be taken down.
A scam - with update
I ordered cookware. They gave me a tracking number for a package, which appeared genuine. Royal Mail UK also advised me of the delivery. Seventeen days after the order I received a package - a small envelope with a note saying Best Wishes. Clearly a scam. I will initiate chargeback with my bank.
Update: after receiving the greetings card, I sent an email of complaint to the two emails given. To my surprise within 2 and 3 days, I received a reply from each. One saying that they have or will make a refund, the other saying that there had been a confusion and that they will resend the goods. I am not expecting to hear from them again, as I believe this is part of the scam to buy more time, but in case I do, I will update this.
TOTAL FRAUD

❗️Scam website — fake product received!
I placed an order on 31.05.2025 via teleblack.shop and paid 205 PLN. I received a tracking number (LZ254326385CN) and later a parcel from China — but it contained only a postcard, not the item I ordered.
The shop is unresponsive, and many others have the same experience.
This is clearly a fraudulent website, avoid at all costs!
I submitted a chargeback request to my bank.
DO NOT BUY from this store.
