I recently interacted with a…

I recently interacted with a representative who overlooked asking a crucial initial question: whether I have a phone line. My answer would have been no. Consequently, I received incorrect equipment that's unusable and returned it over a week ago. However, I haven't received the refund yet, which is necessary for buying equipment that doesn't require a phone line. I'm quite dissatisfied with the current service. I plan to call on Friday to inquire about the timing of the refund, so I can proceed with ordering the correct equipment.

The person who spoked to me should have…

The person who spoked to me should have asked the first question. Do you have a phone line which I would have replied no. They sent the wrong equipment that cant be used and I have sent back over a week ago but still no refund so we can purchase the equipment that does not need phone line. Not happy with your service at all. I will call Friday and ask when the refund will be done so I can order the new equipment.

Good service

It was easy to order the alarm package I required and all the questions I had regarding the set up etc were answered.
The price was very good compared to similar companies on the market and the free next day delivery was brilliant.

Hasn’t been working for months now and…

Hasn’t been working for months now and the help online is minimal. Wrong parts sent out to my dad. Paying a fee and having no service.
Could do better.

Update: I have been made aware that our Technical Support Team has attempted to resolve this issue, however, you have refused their help and expressed dissatisfaction with the service due to us only contacting because of your review. While this is true, this is because we have received no other communication about the alarm not working from you and did not know you needed any help.

Reasonably priced cover but all maintenance of alarms and smoke alarms has to be done by the occupier

Good response to alarms and smoke detectors. Only annoyance was not receiving a refund when my Mum died six months after taking out the cover.

My mum has dementia and recently had a…

My mum has dementia and recently had a fall and laid on the floor all night and so it is essential that she has something in place. I spoke to Janet this evening and she advised the best thing to have is a bracelet that will sense as soon as she falls, and she doesn't have to press a button as she wouldn't remember to. Janet was so helpful and really took the stress out of havig to source the best item myself. Thank you so much.
