Probably hacked
I have been using their advantageous plan Tim Flexy (you can use Internet when you need to...for vacation houses, for example). Toward the end of May, suddenly the customer portal is not accessible, as well other links of their website. This means that I cannot recharge my plan (unless I call them) or even pay it. Called the company 20 times in 2 1/2 weeks. To recharge the plan...to complain that I still didn't have internet after recharging it...and to enquire why the customer portal is inaccessible. They had several excuses to the issue...some agents talking to me like I have no idea on how to use a computer or app, other giving dates (never matching) on when the website will be again running. Others quite arrogantly telling me that I don't need to access the customer portal, I can be a customer by talking with them to recharge, ask and accept a new plan, etc. (no way, I need to have access to my account at any time). Others sending me to the wrong department. In some of this conversations I also asked to close this plan to start a more regular, monthly based, plan. They sent me emails with links that again don't work. Finally an agent implied a possible hacker attack while asking me to change my password (completely useless as I cannot access to the portal). Bottom line: soon we will not have internet ( I am fed up of calling them to recharge, and in any case I asked the plan to be discontinued); we cannot pay past bills (we tried to pay in the shop and they couldn't as well, saying that many customers have this issue); and finally, we probably had our personal data breached and still no words from this company. As suggested by one operator, I notified the Italian cyber police, as well as telecom directly. But the company has not replied to me. Sad.
