I can't believe this company is still operating. I received flowers from my.husband this morning and he was just stunned. He showed me the picture that was advertised and it looked nothing alike. The bouquet was tiny and there was no flower food included. The greeting card that he paid extra for was in fact just a leaflet paper folded in half. Also, the free box of lindt chocolates is palm sized and contained 3 chocolates inside. What a scam! Never again

Definitely won't be purchasing from efloerist again. Flowers were like something from a supermarket, which I could have purchased for 10/15 euro. In a closed box. I'll own my own part, as in I should have researched a bit more. If I'm not mistaken the flowers come from overseas and were pretty much on there last legs. Lesson learned. Just to say I'm not really a fussy person but these were not good flowers.

Advertised free chocolates which didn't arrive. Delivered in a box and petals all damaged. Very poor customer service, do not recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS flowers came last minute absolutely nothing like they are in the picture couldn’t be further from the picture actually over priced would get the same flowers in supermarket for 1/4 of the price will never be ordering again company’s like this should not be aloud to trade

Ordered two dozen roses for my partner and I have to say what arrived was nothing like advertised on their website. A small, sad, half dead, miserable bunch of flowers was delivered instead of a beautiful blooming bouquet as on their advertisement. How this company get away with this constantly is mind boggling. They are literally scamming people and falsely advertising. The only positive out of this experience with eflorist is that I won't be ordering again. Please people stay well away from this company. Beware.

Flowers were delivered in apauling condition. The box was completely destroyed. There was no water or moist tissue around the base of the stems so the flowers looked half dead. The flowers were also nothing like what was advertised.

AVOID - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered flowers for my step-daughter, and then 2 days later learned she would be out of the country. Eflorist's website says orders can be cancelled, and only give a "possible" exception for same day or next day, but they refused to cancel. I went back and forth probably 10 times, including asking to escalate and then sending a message to their complaints department, but any message sent goes back to the same people, and they just talk in circles, ignoring my request to escalate and ignoring the the fact their own website permits cancellations. They clearly do not care about customers, and I am beyond shocked and frustrated that they won't respect their own written policies. AVOID!

Was a bit concerned after reading all the bad reviews but received the flowers the next day after ordering and they were same as the pictures and very beautiful.

Don’t use them. Ordered flowers for my mother in hospital in Dublin, the address was wrong (still unsure how it was down wrong when I ordered to the mater hospital and not the private mater hospital) ordered next day delivery, they attempted once at the wrong hospital and now won’t offer a redeliver or alternative option. Case closed no other option offered to me. Such a waste of money. I thought when I purchased next day premium delivery I might have been offered some kind of alternative.

I received a bouquet....if you can call it that. It did not resemble the image on website. Twelve stems. Miserable looking. Disappointing for the sender who asked me to send her a photo of my birthday bouquet. 👎

Very poor customer service, flowers delivered were not as pictured on their site and chocolates not included as per their email. They said I opted out of the free chocolates which wasn’t true and won’t deliver them on their own. Never using them again

Ordered a bouquet of white flowers including roses and lilies to be delivered for a birthday (The Orient on their website). She received what I can only describe as a petrol garage bouquet of pink and purple “filler” flowers and a couple of roses. AVOID this company.

Will never use this Company ?? again flowers fir a very special specific date did not arrive at all !! 3 emails later was told they weee damaged in transit ! “Please select a new day “ requested a refund , still waiting , avoid this company at all costs

I would have put nil stars but it would not allow me to write this review. My gift of flowers were to be delivered on th 20th Dec 25 but did not arrive untill 10th jan 26 ready for compost heap. As the end customer customer services would not discuss problem,very dissapointed would not deal with me, after many emails I was offered a 15% discount code, great now I can buy my own gift of flowers, don't think so . My advice don't deal with this company they really don't care about the reciver of your thoughtful gift. One very unhappy dissapointed end customer.

Ordered the small Paradise. The delivered product was nothing like the photo. Very small number of flowers. I'm giving 3 stars because the flowers were lovely and delivery was quick. But stay away from the small Paradise option. Seriously overpriced for what you get.

Extremely disappointed with the flowers I received, it is a pure scam, and not worth the 48 euro that was paid, not including delivery. You could get better quality from a cheap bunch of flowers from a petrol station, what was received was nothing like advertised, the flowers didn’t even arrive in water. Fairly upsetting considering it was for a special occasion. Total scam !

My flowers I sent to my friend after a cancer operation still not delivered. DPD had them now for 4 days from 9/1/26. It’s now 12/1/26. I shall be asking for a refund and not using eflorist again.

Absolute waste of money I spent alot on a birthday package and what was received was cheap and tatty,nothing like the picture and when I've complained I've not been treated much better .. the bunch of flowers wasn't even worth 15 euro the card a cheap ugly looking think

The little balloon didn't even have a stick so just fell to the floor, nearly got sick when I seen them . I definitely wouldn't advise going near them and I should have looked at the reviews first . Lesson learned

Beautiful bouquet delivered for my birthday from my very good friend. Very disappointed to say that they have wilted badly on day four only and have had to throw several away already as completely drooped. Honestly, flowers from Lidl are far superior and probably only a quarter of the price and last at least four times as long. I feel so bad for my friend having spent good money

Absolutely awful , I ordered flowers for my friend whose dad had passed away. And 4 days later still no sign of the flowers although it states they were due two days ago but my friend never got them . Also it states that the flowers are coming from Ireland but they are actually from a company in the UK so it’s very misleading .
