My order has not arrived. I was receiving kind responses (my delivery was lost on the way (?), a new one is not available anymore, a discount on a new order etc.) until I explicitly stated that I want my money back. Then they started ignoring my messages, after descent amount of reminder e-mails, I told them that I plan to report the business to the police, somehow they started to be interested again and immediately executed the refund. Don't waste your precious time with this store.

Ordered in the beginning of December a phone case. It was not on stock, but with 4-6 working days it should be delivered. We calculated that it would still be on time for Christmas, so we ordered.
Since the day we ordered, I never got any messages from this company, neighter they reply to my emails asking them about status or the request to cancel my order.
I would definitely not order again from this company, and neighter should you

The phone case I ordered was supposed to have a delivery time of 1-3 days. The next day I had an email saying it would be another 2-4 days as they didn't have it in stock. It has now been 20 days since I ordered, customer service doesn't respond to emails and I have not had any further updates. To me this seems like a full on scam, where they probably order products directly from China in order to have less storage here in Europe. Avoid buying from this company!

Edited to add: I finally had a reply back from the company after writing this review. They told me that the phone case was on it's way and would arrive the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Another week later and the case finally arrived. I kinda fits my phone, but it blocks half of the camera and pictures come out with a black circle around one edge. I tried contacting the company again about this since their website says you should get your money back if you are not happy. I didn't get a single reply back from them! THIS COMPANY IS A FULL ON SCAM!
