Their website is a lie! All their cell phones are coming from Poland and they don't even mention it!
Regarding the delivery it's even worse.
On the website, it says "order purchased before 23h00, delivery the next day" Not happening!
Besides, worst communication ever! I have sent 2 mails asking where my order is. I haven't got any answer, explanation or apologies.

This is the first time and the last time that will purchase on their website.
Outrageous and disrespectful behavior and totally unprofessional!

I want a full refund of my order and not in 10 days!

Terrible service ,
Delivery is promised to be within 24 hrs , but I didn’t even recieve a shipment confirmation. When I called they said it will be shipped in 4 days because they were very busy ....
no apology , no discount for the inconvenience and the worse is that they didn’t even send notification that it will be late ....
I cancelled the order but I didn’t recieve cancellation confirmation even...

Ordered the Samsung S10+ 128GB White, which was on sale and was to be delivered the day after order. It did not arrive the next day and so I called the day after that at 10a.m., when customer service opens (very unusual time to open customer service lines?) and was informed the person who coud give me more information was not in yet, but they would call me back before 15:00. Indeed, they did call back and I was informed the phone was out of stock and they could send me a different colour, which I would receive the next day or I could cancel the order. Given the bad reviews I had read in the meantime, I opted for cancellation. The customer service person was very friendly, although seemed rather inexperienced. What surprises me is that I had to find out by calling them that the phone was out of stock and I wonder when I would have been informed had I done nothing. I am not impressed by this company and do not intend to order there again.

I ordered the AirPods pro 2 days ago and just have received them.
They seem okey to me so far, also went through all of the fake vs original videos and they seem okey as well.
I will def update a comment if something isn’t right.

They definitely have a problem when you try to reach out, since they never responded my email and never picked up the phone either.
