The customer support ticket system is very responsive and the team is extremely helpful. The many use case examples to demonstrate documentation concepts is also very helpful.

Good experience every year

Since 7 years ago I started working with Telerik controls, each year has been a great experience. I do not use full potential of the different controls included in the bundle, but the used ones are great.
Another key factor for Telerik is the support and help when you have doubts or problems.
I totally recommend Progress Telerik for that reasons.

Excellent support

Telerik provides a really great toolkit for UI so I don't have to spend a lot of time worrying about the user view and can focus on the backend code. Because the toolkit is so rich and deep in features, it can be a little difficult at times to figure out what and how to configure them. There are lots of examples to use, self-training modules and an active user forum that has been a great help. From those sources, I can file a help ticket. I have always gotten helpful answers. The techs are very patient too and I appreciate that. Having great support is very important and Telerik has a wealth of it.

We are extremely pleased by the answers that we go from Telerik's support.
They answer very rapidly (often the same or next day), give code samples, and all required explanations.
This is extremely important to us, as any minor problem or issue can put as back days in our current developments using Kendo UI for Dotnet Core.

Everyone is very knowledgeable.
No matter what division of Progress I have dealt with (Telerik tools, Chat bot, etc.) Everyone is an expert in their field and have been able to assist with sharing their knowledge and understanding of their products and helping find solutions to various business cases.

Great framework

I've been working with the Kendo UI widgets for several years now. They work great, are easy to configure and use in our applications, and the support that the company provides goes above and beyond what I've seen other widget providers give for support.

Great product with an ever expanding…

Great product with an ever expanding feature set! Although there is a lot of documentation, it is still lacking in a few areas, like asp.net core. I find that I often have to figure out a solution by using the JQuery and/or Ajax docs.
The support is very good.

My experience with Progress Telerik has…

My experience with Progress Telerik has been a partnership and an adventure in learning Blazor and building an application rich in visual controls that give my end user a sensible easy to use and smooth flowing application. Telerik products work and are easy to use even for someone like me new to web development with c#. On top of that, Blazor is a new way of doing things in the browser and a major shift in technology. Telerik support didn't just give me tools to sit on the new architecture. They helped me understand Blazor and gave me examples to bring to light so many things that are not their responsibility. I've been in IT for 30 years and never experienced a company so committed to helping me be successful. My success is their focus. I know that.
