An Exhausted Review Many Years in the Making.
Let me preface this, I didn't want this review to come of as vehemently negative, However my experience with this provider over the years have been frustrating, to say the least.
You can make a request for home internet, fill in the forms and they'll leave you hanging for many years (in my case 5!). I've actually filled in 6 requests over that timespan, and they keep making you make new ones as the old ones go stale.
Eventually, I was contacted. Great! they inform you they're going to help you along with your install, give you a timeframe of multiple weeks (6-8) and then nothing, radio silence- nothing happens. Ask them for an update and months pass by, still nothing.
Further emails deliver no results, their helpdesk is worthless, won't respond after months if ever. They don't even let you know what happened.
The one time i actually received a response from their helpdesk via email, it was 3 weeks after my initial email, and this was because it was related to a billing issue.
Make a phone call and they'll tell you they'll forward your request to the relevant department and you will be contacted, nada radio silence, months pass by.
Go in person? They make you wait, and ultimately they'll say the same. I've even had them be rude to me when I requested a larger plan(One they provide, on their website) than they usually sell to customers, telling me to "stream less", ridiculous.
At the time of writing this review I haven't been contacted yet. Clearly this company is stuck in the past and suffers from incompetent leadership, on a technological and infrastructural level. Propped up by a government system and is considered too important to fail. Go to their competitors, at least you'll be treated with basic human decency.
