Appalling management
Appalling, greedy management, nepotism and cronyism, and ask any employee about the share flotation: hint - employees bought shares at £1.45 each, were later told that as shareholders they had to vote to re-privatise at about £0.11 per share or risk losing their jobs, did so, and were then made redundant. So, they lost their savings then their jobs.
I'd hate to think that the owners are little better than thieves.
(But, sometimes I have to do things I don't like to.)
