Cowboys developers

Cowboys developers using the crooks at Rendall & Rittner. Our building is only a couple of years old and it’s already falling apart. The lifts, car park gates and intercom systems have been out of order at an embarrassing pace for a new building. There has been countless of water leaks in the communal areas. Everything has been done on the cheap yet the service charge keeps going up. The flats are already falling apart too. The floorboard and walls already have cracks and the plumbing is abysmal. Nothing is soundproofed either which again is so embarrassing for a new build. Insulation is very poor with no regard to sustainability. The hot water and heating system is a prepaid meter too. Again so embarrassing for new builds. Customer service at Telford homes is mediocre at best. It’s a money trap that only benefits these charlatans and investors wanting to launder money. Otherwise any hopeful owners should stir clear.

Terrible managing agents! Fire safety bad

Flat actually good… but…. fire safety issues/ repairs that still haven’t been addressed and not communicated to leaseholders. Delaying tactics? Pretty appalling given Grenfel, 6 years ago.

We are waiting for the third survey… (two by R&R, first B1, second B2) but yet… even though we live in a dangerous building Telfords haven’t bothered to get the survey done.

Should we die in a fire in the meantime because Telfords are doing nothing we will all haunt the board, the investors and anyone involved. Relentlessly.

Numerous plumbing issues all over the building, other peoples poop coming up through toilets…. Not ours… yet.

Why employ such awful managing agents such Rendall and Rittner? They are truly awful, get decent agents in the future. I may buy from Telfords but never with R&R as agents.

Awful developer.

Awful developer.

Have only just taken responsibility of cladding issues with my apartment and dragging their heels on doing anything. It's been over 3 years and I cannot sell my apartment as it is worthless. Going to be 2+ more years to get sorted. Has derailed my life considerably being stuck with this flat.

Avoid their properties

We bought a London penthouse in 2016 and since then we've been dealing with lots of problems. We had plumbing issues (smells), finishings' issues (the floor wasn't varnished properly), air-conditioning issues, but the most serious of them all is that we have consistently had loss of hot water and heating throughout the whole building. Clearly the boilers they installed were not fit for purpose.
Irresponsible constructors, we paid over 1M for the flat and it has caused us so much stress over the years.

Irresponsible developer! Avoid!

I bought a flat built by Telford homes in London. I’ve been having rainwater ingress problem on the ceiling for 3 months. The ceiling has degenerated badly. I sent Telford Homes the photos of how bad the condition of the ceiling has become. Telford homes was finding all sorts of excuses not to send an engineer to fix the issue. Poor quality built, irresponsible developer. Avoid!

Telford's homes failed fire regulations and now I'm stuck

I bought a flat in London, built by Telford Homes. Shoddy workmanship, cracking walls. Lots of things not working. The worst thing was that the building failed intrusive tests for fire safety due to combustible cladding and timber balconies. This is costing me thousands to remediate. Insurance has significantly gone up as well. So now I'm stuck with a huge bill and it's not even clear if I'll be able to re-mortgage or sell. It should be Telford paying for their poor job, not homeowners!

Home with significant fire safety defects

Bough a flat in Telford Homes-built building in London and it turns out after extensive intrusive surveys, it has significant fire safety defects - no fire breaks, barriers, significantly flammable EPS and zinc cladding, soaring insurance bills, cladding bills looming etc. We are living a nightmare in our flat. Telford Homes should not be allowed to build another building ever again!
