The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. You have to wait for hours and no one answers the phone. It has been a week now I am trying to cancel my abonement and no answer. I sent an email and no answer. Frustrating service.

Thank you for your review of our service.
It is correct that we in this week have had a long waiting time on our phone queue due to implementing a new invoicing system. Which we apologies for.
However it is not correct, that we don't answer the calls if you type in your phone no for recall or hang on.
Also we can se, that your mail has been in our mail queue system for 24 hours now, so its too high expectations for an answer yet. As stated in the auto mail respond, your should max have a reply time for 2-3 days.
Further more your cancellation of your subscription will have effect at the time of arrival of your initiated mail.
