Same as everybody else. Found them on Google, filled in the form and waited..... and waited....... and waited. Wished I'd looked here first and saved time. Interestingly Trustpilot list them as a Web development site and their adverts were obviously written by AI.

WOULD ONLY GIVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE…ABSOLUTELY NO REPLIES TO CONTACT FORMS ON THEIR WEBSITE…NO CONTACT DETAILS, BUT WEBSITE UPDATED RECENTLY…STAY CLEAR…NOT A VIABLE BUSINESS !!!

Same as the other reviews. They have a webform for contact, but don’t reply to any messages. Honestly can’t even tell if they’re still functioning.

Terrible company , three emails sent no reply after 4 days , Steer well clear. Cant comment on their work as they never seem to reply to anyone

Hopeless company. I sent them two enquiries and they promised a response within the hour. The second message prompted a “you’ve already been in touch” message. They never got back to me and failed to fulfill their promise.

What a shower of incompetents! I called at around 11.45 am yesterday (Friday 8th April), expecting the promised call-back in about an hour, as trumpeted on the website. As of this morning, more than twenty-four hours later, I have STILL not heard anything from this lot, by email or telephone.

That by itself is bad enough, but here's the kicker: you CANNOT contact them again to chase-up your enquiry as their website is configured in such a way that it recognises your original contact and will not allow you make another! What sort of 'customer service' is that??? They hold all control, which suggests to me that they are possibly not a nice company to deal with - not that I'll ever know as their track-record in making contact thus far hasn't been exactly encouraging...

If YOUR TV breaks down, do yourself a favour: go elsewhere and deal with an outfit that actually cares. This lot clearly don't!

As my TV is probably beyond economic repair I chose to buy a new one.
