Unfortunately, our system made an error and sent two tracking numbers. One of these shipments was cancelled again, which is why it may appear as if two packages were on the way.
Only one product was shipped – the single item you ordered – and this is also the one you received.

For some reason the delivery was not…
For some reason the delivery was not made at the door and I was waiting for it all day. Then I got a note saying that no one was at the door when they came. This is not true. I eventually had to go and pick up the item.
