I thought if I order on monday and you write delivery on thursday, it would arrive on thursday, not that you would bring it to the post on thursday. It arrived on monday a week later and by then I don't need it anymore.

Very rigid return system
Very rigid return system, not client-friendly nor environmentally friendly. Charging for return is already extremely uncommon in Finland, but terms and conditions do not guarantee any flexibility to the clients.
I wanted to return a product I did not use but it was impossible without the plastic wrapping because the code was there. This is absurd. This was the poorest experience I have ever had with an e-commerce.
First and last time I have placed an order in this store. I can't recommend it at all. Customer service friendly but not helpful. Retaining clients is surely not a priority for them. Sad.

I f*cked up, Tema shop customer service fixed it
I f*cked up my delivery method, instead of GLS pakkeshop I somehow said pick up at warehouse..... That is a little too fair on my bike.
Only found out when I received the text message ... order ready for pickup.
So gave the customer service a call, explained the situation and the helpfull young lady assured me that it was no problem, she would change it in the system and inform the warehouse and it would be send out the same evening for delivery the next day at the GLS pakkeshop.
Awesome experience!!
Balloons on time for the party and a happy customer.
