I am so happy with everything I got from Temu, I was a bit worried at first but I can't believe how lovely everything i bought for myself and my daughter, I shall continue to buy everything from Temu from now on, Thank you Temu

I have received a question from Temu.
Seems you want to insinuate that my review isn't genuine.
That's very strange because Karma know that I am genuine.
Karma advised me to cancel .
I did this.
All I owe is £26.
This will be paid.
Well if im not genuine maybe I dont owe.
Your company know exactly how you are running this company.
Its a disgrace that one order is ok. Orders after have many complaints.

The return system is so difficult and confusing I spent 2 months trying to complete returns that I couldn't take advantage of any returns and lost probably over $200.00 in cash I should have been able to claim. Having to send products to different locations, difficulty in finding the products in the right order was also a challenge, It was mindboggling to try to process the system without a Smart phone or printer added to my confusion. I love your great variety of products on offer but would find it difficult to reccommend your company at this time.

I HAD £ 84,07 TOOK FROM MY ACCOUNT. I DID NOT HAVE AN ORDER ON THAT DATE.
SECOND COMPLAINT IM 5FT 7. 11 STONE WEIGHT. ORDERED 5 SHIRTS AND 1 COAT LARGE AS ALWAYS.
1 SHIRT WAS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY THANK THE LORD FOR THAT .
THE OTHER 4 WHERE AS FOLLOWS.

1 SIZE 3X
1 SIZE 2X
1 SIZE SMALL
1 SIZE LARGE
ALL SMALL. WAY WAY TO SMALL.
ALL THE SHIRTS WHERE TO SMALL LIKE SOMETHING REALLY WRONG WITH THIS.

AND THE COAT WAS SMALL AS WELL

My thoughts on Temo, there product surpasses the other Manufacturers, I talked to Zac Rugenstein I was very impressed with his knowledge and understanding what I wanted to do in my back yard. I very happy the work and quality, Thank you !

Had my FIRST & LAST experience dealing with TEMU.
Yes they are cheap , BUT, their service is beyond description.

The worst experience in my 84 years.

I ordered several items costing over £100.
Given a traking number.
I tried it - said there is a problem, try later.

I did, same message

Tried it next morning - same message.
I phoned ROYAL MAIL.
30 + minutes to connect.
Spent a good hour with them trying it over and over again and even they could not make any headway.
Concluded, the carrier was licensed to issue Royal Mail tracking numbers.
But had not registed it.
In the end I cancelled ALL orders and told them STOP ALL DELIVERIES.
TOTALLY IGNORED
Only means of contact was via their chat service.
Constant sweet words BUT, NO ACTION. deliveries kept coming and I kept refusing.
Then, they thought they would pull a fast one by delivering to a pick up.
Without even trying to deliver to me, and I was in all morning. They stuffed 3 of their red notices. But only wrote 2 tracking numbers on, NO time or date.
So they are still there
They had not even taken note of my original instructions for if I was not in.
Clearly once they receive your order they do as they please.
They claim that once goods are dispatched they cannot cancell an order.

But I had canceled the order o week before out for delivery.

Confirmed on the lengthy chat record.
When I asked for a copy of the very long chat.
They claim they are unable to do so.
In all my years they are the only one to say that.
I asked for the name of their legal manager and the address for serving notice of litigation.
Refused claimingbthey cannot give personal details.
Eventually claimed it can only be done by their legal department.
After nearly a week still not heard from their legal department.

Yes they are cheap but their service is apporling - thevworst I have ever heard of in 84 years.

I ordered a pack of 7 seamless bras along with some vest tops when the package arrived the bra set was missing !!
I informed Temu and asked for a refund but they informed me that the bras had been included in the package that was delivered and refused to give me a refund !!!!😡 I do not like being called a liar and will not shop with them again terrible company !!!!

Wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole! It's the most annoying company out there. I get so many adverts on my phone and it doesn't matter how many times I delete/manage them they are relentless. Absolute garbage.

I bought many things from Temo but they works only 3 times after that broken are not working more 😡😡😡😡😡

I have written several reviews of Temu and I wanted to update you on the latest response from them. I mistakenly hit the purchase button on my phone on 29 January 2025 and Temu sent me items I did not want. They cleverly add items on to your order without your knowledge and I ended up with a £131 bill! I have contacted them several times to request a refund but although I sent them precise details of the time of purchase, the date of purchase AND the bank which sent the money to them, they claim that they cannot find the order!!

The customer service is shocking and I wanted to warn anyone thinking of buying anything from Temu to be very very careful. I am a pensioner on a limited fixed income and am out of pocket to the tune of £131 and relying on family members to help me in the short term. Please be wary of this company!!!!

I ordered a black & gold skirt & two multi coloured kaftan dresses. I am thrilled & delighted with my purchases & can't wait to wear them out & about.

I nothing bought from Temo but Temo charged from my credit Card. Never trust on Temo and don‘t save or register your banking account in Temo‘s account.
