Ethan was great helping answer questions about a new Wordpress theme I was working with. Exceptional service, greatly appreciated and recommended.

TemplateMonster is an awesome deal! I have had a variety of websites over the years, and paid a fortune to get what I wanted. With TemplateMonster I got what I wanted for a very low price. Further, the template I chose had an issue on my web server’s host. TemplateMonster (Ethan Hill) jumped in and fixed the problem in a blink. No additional charges! TemplateMonster is easy to work with and is there if you need them. I gave them 5 stars, but I would have given them 6 stars if they had that option. Seriously, these guys are the real deal!

Recently purchased a WordPress template Bioza-personal portfolio landing page theme on this site.
After paying for the order and sending information about hosting, I was contacted by manager Ethan, who further directly supervised the process of installing the template on my domain. And literally the next day he provided me with information that the work was done. I thank Ethan for the clear work and pleasant communication.

The team at TemplateMonster (including Spencer) are incredibly professional and prompt to respond. I have a limited technical background and found some of the tasks difficult when putting my website together, but they patiently guided me through each step. I never felt rushed; never felt stupid. What a great experience. I love the outcome. If you're reading this, know that you are in good hands.

Gave specific instructions on which of the two domains I own to install the new template. Instead of installing it on the domain that was blank, he installs it on my website that I've put years into. All down the proverbial toilet. What's worse, my heart just isn't into a reboot, as much as I've tried.
You can laugh this off all you want. "Oh, this guy's crazy," but the simple fact of the matter is, directions weren't followed, my website was obliterated and I've got a little less money in my bank account - all of which could've been prevented.

We are all very busy.
We tried to log in, but could not (new laptop) so we tried - for such a long time - to request for password. Resent many times too.
Nothing. Had to send support a message.

Now we wait SOME MORE!

This is 2026, we don't deserve these sort of things.

I had a fantastic experience with Template Monster. I was contacted quickly after making my purchase, Ethan and team did a great job of communicating and keeping me updated regarding how the process works, and what to expect. When the installation was completed, I was notified to review the work to inform if any issues. All was great. I highly recommend using Template Monster for installation. Excellent service was provided.

I purchased a website template and customization service from TemplateMonster on 26 January 2026 for $209 AUD for my business website.
The service description indicated that the website customization would be completed within 7–10 days.
Unfortunately, that timeline was nowhere near accurate.
The process dragged on for over a month and required more than 39 email exchanges with the support representative handling the customization. This was simply to get a basic single-page website set up with the content, images, and structure that had already been clearly provided.
Throughout the process I repeatedly had to:
Follow up on progress
Clarify instructions that had already been provided
Request corrections to elements that should have been implemented correctly the first time
Even after all this back-and-forth, the website still was not properly completed, and I was then informed that any further edits would now incur additional charges.
After waiting far beyond the advertised delivery time frame and spending weeks trying to get basic elements implemented correctly, being told that further changes would be billed was extremely frustrating.
For a service that was marketed as a straightforward website template customization, the experience was slow, inefficient, and far below what I would consider professional service.
Based on my experience:
The 7–10 day delivery claim was not met
The process required excessive communication just to achieve basic progress
The project was not fully completed despite the extended time frame
I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to carefully evaluate whether it meets their expectations before purchasing.

They design fantastic themes and templates, and also have 5-star support. I have worked with them for over a decade and always return for my needs.

Das Interessante ist: Einen solchen Service erwartet man eigentlich aus Deutschland. An diesem Service können wir uns definitiv orientieren.

He forwarded me directly to the appropriate department without any issues – no arguments or anything like that. He was motivated to do so himself. Terry from accounting was then able to resolve everything without any problems.
