this company was sold to a texas tech company and now they are out of bussines i think. does anybody like to share the last directory theme if possible. perhaps we need to make it open source sofware.

I paid for 1 year support/updates for a previously bought theme on February 01 and its 7th Feb today. I have sent them numerous emails on info, support, orders, sales and got no response yet. Support is pathetic. I have tried to reach them via X, Facebook, Linkedin but no luck!

Templatic Software does not work as it should for a Directory Service, in fact it even says in its documentation that it won't work properly as a Directory Search. The team whilst initially engaging with me couldn't fix it and now have ghosted me.

I have quite reasonably asked for a refund 48 hours after purchase and 2 months later they are refusing to even engage with me with no refund in sight.

There is no 'try before you buy' option and they won't refund even though the software is unuseable for me.

Product looks good on website.
Zero communication
Not arrived after two weeks.
Money take from account
Looks like a fake web site.
Does not say shipping from China.
Missed my delivery date

Templatic is definitely one of the best theme/web services I have ever encountered. Not only are their themes nice and professional looking, but their customer service is excellent. I have never had any problems with receiving quality and fast help. Will definitely be recommending them to many people.

TOTAL SCAMMERS! Firstly they did an unauthorized charge even after submitting multiple requests to cancel the subscription. THEY HAVE INTENTIONALLY DISABLED CANCEL BUTTON so no one can ever cancel the subscription and they keep charging months after months. I then emailed to 2checkout for a refund. I am yet to get a reply from them. I have been contacting templatic for the last 15 days but no reply at all.

IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO BE ROBBED AWAY, DONT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

I am very impressed with the support and help given me from Templatic. Companies with products costing thousands of dollars (or more) don't provide the level of support that I've seen from Templatic. Even before I purchased my theme template from them, they responded to multiple emails and even spoke with me to thoroughly answer EVERY question I've asked and provided me with recommendations to help me achieve my objectives, even recommending other products. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase anything from them, but now I'll be their customer for life. I wish other companies were more like them with their customer support.

Excellent customer service. I purchased the Club Theme. Unfortunately I needed a refund due to what I needed the theme to do however the themes are very well built. They gave me a refund immediately. I am looking at some of the updates coming with the themes and it's excellent value for money!

I just purchased their installation service. I don't know why their own installed theme look so different from their demo site.

Main function error I am waiting for their support email back: you are not able to submit ad on a classified ads site. There are no fields to display before submitting. Their demo site doesn't have this error.

No email reply from support yet. But If the basic ad submission error can not be solved. I would ask for a full refund from PayPal.

With the release of Wordpress 5.5, many of the plugins and themes were not ready and some elements of our website were not working properly.

I contacted them to explain the situation and they worked on the case with me until we resolved it.

Knowing that you can count on a fantastic customer support when having a situation with your company website is really amazing.

They claim its all very customisable, but not at all. The hooks don't work. If contacting support with a question or issue - you get a short answer that does not help or answer the question. With everything filled with bugs and errors, when they do 'patch' something up, its done directly in the theme. So now with an update after WordPress 5.5 how am I suppose to update. I had to cancel a whole project and lost A LOT of time and money due to this poor theme. I had to write several times and point out how nothing is up to WordPress coding standards - asking for a refund. The reply was simply 'Since the themes are digital products, we don't offer refunds' - lame excuse in WordPress market. Successful Themes and Plugins do offer refunds / money back guarantee. I feel like I have been totally robbed!!! Stay away!!

Bad, very bad template (Jobs Directory and Directory theme). Needs a lot of work - some features are not totally finished - some dont work - you need a developer to work on this template.

The support is bad - they answer right after you purchase and a couple of times - then they are gone.

DO NOT BUY this theme unless you are a developer.

I want to share my experience on templatic, their themes are really fabulous and unique, and their support is really up to my expectations, they answer right away,i want to speak especially of Deekshit, who was a great help for me, I had difficulties and he did not hesitate to give me a hand, I already worked with a lot of support but they was not like his efficiency,he has answers for everything, that's what I love about him I am very satisfied with his work,I call him King of programmig and he really deserves it

I’ve been using Templatic themes and plugins since 2015 – and for several different websites.
The reason I stick with Templatic.com is because of two reasons:

Templatic's Directory website template works well for what I need it to do and the customer service was prompt (within 24 hrs) and helpful for me resolving some theme update issues.
