Lack of empathy
I’ve been a loyal customer at Tempo 301, going twice a week, but their complete lack of empathy has left me furious. I had a PT pregnancy session booked, but I suddenly fell ill and needed to reschedule. Despite this being a one-time issue, they refused to be flexible or show even the slightest bit of understanding. They’re more than happy to take £80 per class, but when it comes to treating customers like actual people, they fail miserably. This place is nothing but a money machine, and they clearly don’t care about their clients at all.
