I bought several small tea tins with different designs.for my new kitchen. The items are lovely, arrived quickly and we're much cheaper than I could find them anywhere else.

Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who put my order through as fault at the time with online ordering. Delivery was prompt and picture packed well. Very happy with this company and would order from them again.

I placed an online order which was delivered just a few days later on a Friday. I didn't open the package till late after work, and I noticed that one of the Jellycats I had ordered had a mucky paw which wouldn't come off with just a quick wipe. I didn't want to risk making it worse, so I sent them an email at nearly midnight, with a photo.

First thing Saturday morning I received an apology and offer of a refund or replacement. I obviously still wanted him so opted for replacement. By Sunday!! I received my replacement which included a return label to pop the other one back in the post. I sent an email letting them know and they advised he was back safe and sound. What a wonderful and refreshing experience!

Part of my job involves customer service, and I pride myself in aiming to deliver 5* service as it really matters and often we don't receive now. These guys definitely did just that. Would 100% use again and recommend. Big shout out and props to Roby and Rebecca! 🥰 Thank you!

We had an issue with an order where we hadn’t seemed to have receive all of the items, which had been sent as a gift, whereas Temptation Gifts system indicated all items had shipped. Rebecca could not have been more helpful when I made contact with the customer service line. Despite the confusion and mystery of what had happened, Temptation Gifts offered to re-send the missing items at their own expense. Wonderful and generous customer experience.

I ordered a Jellycat bag charm and it was delivered promptly and was well wrapped. No issues and pleased with the service I received despite reading some negative reviews on Trustpilot.

I love Portmeirion china and it is so reasonably priced here.
The shipping is reasonable and fast.

Absolutely superb service! I ordered a lovely mug, but unfortunately it arrived broken due to delivery. I contacted Temptation Gifts and without any fuss, they replaced it immediately — no questions asked. That kind of genuine care and customer-first attitude is rare these days. I’m beyond impressed and will definitely be shopping with them again!

They need to put delivery details and cost before you purchase items.
