Online problems resulted in order not being apparently completed and no confirmation emails received. Despite that the same order was delivered twice and had to be returned (at my expense presumably).
Am still waiting for a response to my contact email asking how to proceed with this. Gave up and returned goods anyway. Am still waiting for some contact stating that goods have been received and reimbursement will be made. So far...nothing.

i was very pleased with this item, it came quickly and is really good quality for the money i paid. I sent it to my girlfriend in her name, she loved it and we plenty of fun :)

I've just received my first order from Temptations Direct (love the name).
I was most impressed by their range of stock and the ease in which I could place my order. I was a bit concerned as I'd never dealt with them before ,but, my order arrived within 2 days well packaged and discreet!
This may be my first order but it will most certainly not be my last.

I was told about these guys from a mate.I wanted a welcome home goodie bag waiting for me when I got home on leave for me and my partner. I placed the order while overseas on duty to be delivered so that it waiting when I got hoime. I asked them to dispatch it on a certain day using their next day service and they didn't dissapoint. An excellent welcome home present was waiting for me and grwat fun was had by both of us. Will definitely use again.

I've been buying from these guys for a number of years and always had excellent service from them. I've rang them a few times with queries about products and I've always been impressed with their knowledge and service.

I've bought from this company for the first time. I wanted to check the order had gone through ok so I filled in the on-line contact form. The company did not reply.

I waited for delivery, two weeks passed so I rang the company at twenty to five on friday. Nobody was available so I left a message. Its now Monday I have rang again at twenty five to five in the evening. Nobody to answer again So I left a message... again.

Three attempts at contact - all of them failed.

09 August 11: Have just read the company reply. ITS WRONG

I Have never received any e-mails from the company. I have double checked. I have checked my e-mail address on the order form. It is correct.

As I mentioned earlier I have left a message twice and they have not phoned back. Phoned again just now again couldn't speak to anyone so left another message.

This really is bad customer service.

12 August 2011: Have read the comment from the company stating "it is unfortunate that the customer decided not to read their e-mails"

I must re-iterate that I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY E-MAILS. Additionally I sent a message via the company web site where I specified my e-mail address on the basis that if they were sending messages then they were going to the wrong e-mail address.

AGAIN NO RESPONSE from the company.

I have found it impossible to talk to anyone at the company despite ringing and leaving voice messages with my telephone number on three occasions.

they sell a vast range of products at reasonable prices. The packaging is very discreet and if you spend so much you get a free gift which i thought was very good xoxo

Overall I must say that from the very first moment I started buying goods, I noticed how their customer approach was one in a million, e.g. online help where you can chat directly to a real person who knows their work and their products in depth which is very reassuring. Also delivery is always discreet, prompt and ahead of the given time scale, which is of a very good standard.

Products-wise: all of them came in very good condition and securely-packaged.Generally I can say I will happily recommend them to anyone who is unsure about purchasing
such type of products online.

They provide a good service and don't bombard you with unwanted emails. As far as I can tell they do not pass your address onto any other organisations either. They are discreet with the packaging. Recommended.
