I completed the work from home programme with Paula Daws, she was welcoming and the course all be it short I found it very knowledgeable. It's all online so from the comfort of your own home, you recieve certificates and an amazon voucher on completion. Highly recommend to anyone looking for employment

Focus on deadlines
I was concerned that my basic IT skills would hinder me from completing Work From Home course but I am relieved and proud that I was able to complete requirements on time. It definitely helped that the tutor, Paula, was both approachable and encouraging.

recently completed the work from home course and would like to say what a great course it was to do.
a three day course with the lovely tutor Paula who did the lecture via google classroom she would explain everything in detail using power points while asking if we understood. she was always in reach via email or phone if we need any help with assessments plus would leave feedback on coursework turned in.

First of all thank to the tutor for being so helpful during the lessons. Very happy with the outcome of my participation in the course .
Tutor was very helpful and always there when you need something . Platform easy to navigate and the contents of the course were super easy to understand.

Tracey Welch is an excellent course…
Tracey Welch is an excellent course tutor on the CSCS she kindly hosted in Chichester from the 03/07/2023 to the 07/07/2023. Tracey was very supportive and understanding towards everyone (including myself) who attended the CSCS course. Truly excellent beyond my expectations and I passed my Level 1 Award Health and Safety in a Construction Environment test today - the 07/07/2023.
I will consider about doing another course with Tempus Training in the near future too.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity of doing the CSCS course too.

CSCS Green Card training
Undertook CSCS Green Card training, I’ve sat and passed the CITB test to obtain the card, but can not get through to the Tempus office on phone (always engaged) for last 3 days and no response from email. Any confidence I did have had long gone sadly. AMENDED - Managed to get in touch via email and the matter is now being dealt with, thank you Abi.

Equipment and diversity training
I applied for a job opportunity as a Marketing researcher. This job was supposed to last for two days. For some reason we were all trained in Equality and diversity the first day and the second was regular marketing research work. The course was mainly reading from a pdf file thst they sent us and answering questions. We didn't have lectures or anything. I was ok with everything until I didn't get a certificate. I waited few weeks before messaging them that something went wrong because I still didn't get the certificate for the course, but I never got back from them. Don't recommend.

Hello Aleksandra, we are sorry to hear your experience was not satisfactory. Regarding your certificate, as the qualification you completed is accredited through an external exam board, it can take 10-12 weeks for the certificates to come through, which you would have been advised by your tutor. The digital certificates can be sent through sooner if requested, we can't find any record of you messaging regarding this, but we have now emailed you a digital copy of your certificate, and the physical certificate will be with you in the timescale specified.
All of our employees, temporary or permanent, are trained in Equality and Diversity, which is why this training was included - you were paid for the time spent on the training, and have received an accredited Level 2 qualification for this. It is primarily a self-taught qualification, but you did have a presentation from the tutor in the morning and were able to contact the tutor for additional support with the training.
