We rang TDS today concerning an old…

We rang TDS today concerning an old deposit from 2014 We spoke to Bradley. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. Told us exactly the procedure we needed to follow to try and resolve our query. Seem to really know his stuff Very friendly and courteous Don’t think any one could have done more to help us at this time. Great representative

First time TDS User

This is the first time I have ever used TDS. I must admit that the website wasn’t very easy to navigate. It wasn’t very clear but there was a lot of other information about Insurance for this and Insurance cover for that and I found out quite overwhelming. However, I managed to fill my form in online and next thing I knew I had an email to say that this is a final reminder and if I did not go online and complete the form they would not be able to progress the application. They also indicated within the email there was a link to follow however there was no link at all. I managed to find a phone number and I contacted the agent on the phone and she was very very helpful. She helped me to navigate my way through to retrieving my application for after which I was able to complete it. Agent was very helpful once I had spoken to her.

Linda Cadden - Outstanding Service

Today I received excellent service from Linda, who helped resolve a difficult issue I had been trying to sort out. After calling a few times, I eventually spoke with Linda, who reassured me she would take ownership of the problem. Linda kept me updated throughout, looked into the issue promptly, and followed through exactly as promised, including a final call to confirm everything had been resolved.

Left hand doesn't know what right hand…

Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing..extremely bad experience shows 1 department doesn't talk to another...I had given ZERO out of 10 ..advised then to listen my calls which are being recording for improvement purposes..my foot no one listens to calls..its just a backup for any dispute arising
