I'll be honest, I was pretty skeptical at first. My iPhone was completely unresponsive and iTunes was no help whatsoever. After a bit of research I came across Tenorshare and within just a few minutes the issue was fully resolved.

I have been using IAnyGo since February to virtually move my location on my Iphone. I am very satisfied with app performance and all the issues I could have had during the process I counted on the very fast support Tenorshare gives to their customers.

Customer Service has been very helpful, responds very quickly to any issues. I use both the Android and IOS software with great success.

the tool is very easy to activate you receive an activation code very quickly and you can resend it again from the site
the longlife option is for 1 PC and 5 different phone to compare with the monthly version
the ise of tool is very simple all steps are indicated in pc screen and when you have a problem it indicates directly why for instance your system is too old or to new and exact reference
the support is very good in one day you receive answer from help line . and it is not please reset your device and test this like many other company.

Everything goes right. I like it.

I've used iAnyGo before by Tenorshare, and the product itself is fine. Works as intended, no issues... until my laptop kicked the bucket, and I needed to move devices.

My first request to change over devices to a computer I was borrowing in the interim was handled without issue. Support was quick to reply and transferred the data over to my new device without a single issue.

However, now that I have purchased a new PC and must once again move things from the borrowed computer to the new one, suddenly they just CAN'T do that unless I either pay for the product all over again (and I just paid the renewal this last week!), OR they were willing to waive the double-payment if I came over here and gave them 5 stars.

Incidentally, I can't even access the service on the device it's supposedly currently registered to anymore. I could just a few weeks ago, but now it feels like the service is being held hostage unless I pay twice, or write a fake review.

TrustPilot says it's removed fake reviews from this company before, but considering the email I was sent, I would not trust a single one of the 5* reviews left here. Considering how comfortable and scripted they were in asking for me to leave a review here + the TrustPilot warning, I can only assume this is standard practice for this business.

Additionally, they say that if you have to reinstall the program for any reason on the device already registered to the service, you'll have to pay for a new PC license. Wasn't made aware of that at time of purchase, and would not have paid for the service if I knew about this.

After refusing to play ball and requesting a refund instead since I no longer want to use the service, I've gotten nothing but radio silence.
If they stop holding the service hostage or issue a refund, I'll certainly update this review to reflect that. But as things currently are, I will likely have to file a dispute through the bank to get my money back.

After purchasing the product license, I immediately received feedback regarding activation. I'm very satisfied with both the software and the support I received.
