Enjoyed the game but we booked for 6.30 and had to wait 20 minutes till our lane was available was disappointing

Avoid on offer days awful!
First time coming here and it was awful. People were throwing the balls in our lane. Some of the teenagers were rowdy around us and hit us with a plastic bowl which they got from the arcade section. Then apologised. It was way too hot inside especially for my 5 year old. And not clean.

Enjoyable time with grandkids
Enjoyed a lovely 1 game session (2 adults 3 grandkids 5,7 and 7). Staff were great and helpful, place was clean and plenty of other activities if wanted although we didn't use. A great experience enjoyed by all.

We always have a great experience when we go to tenpin, the staff are friendly, we always get a lane straight away so we don't need to wait, and when you order drinks they come really quickly

Great fun bowling but the selection of bowling balls needs reviewing as I struggled to find ones with sufficiently large holes for my fingers and I don’t have overly large hands.
I would like to see hand cleanser available, as I often pick up illnesses from these places due to the many number of people that handle the bowling balls.
We played pool and air hockey, too. These machines do need some maintenance, but we managed to complete our games.

Bowling lane fault
Me and my family were enjoying our first game but then half way through the bowling alley went faulty and the staff tried to fix it a few times but it didn't work. The staff then realised there was issue with that lane and then quickly moved us on to another lane with current scores with swiftness and efficiency which was appreciated.
