Tenpin Blackpool is one of the newest spots on the strip — perfectly placed for visitors from Blackpool town centre, Lytham St Annes, Fleetwood and across the Fylde Coast. Whether you're in town for the lights, a stag do or just a proper family day out, we're easy to find and even easier to enjoy. With modern bowling lanes and dynamic LED lighting, we're built for big group energy. Loud music. Big nights. Pins that don't stand a chance. And it's not just bowling. We've got laser tag in our 4D arena, private karaoke rooms (sing like nobody's watching), escape rooms for the problem-solvers, soft play for the little ones and a full arcade. Hungry? Our kitchen serves burgers, loaded fries and pizzas, with a fully licensed bar pouring cocktails and pints while Sky Sports and TNT play live. Family days out, birthday parties, hen and stag dos, work socials, cheap weekday bowling deals — fun for kids big and small. Bowling in Blackpool, sorted.

My son couldn't access the soft play safely as he was being pushed and shoved around. The doors to the soft play kept being left open and he's non verbal and was able to just wander out freely, thankfully I was watching the area like a hawk but after ten minutes he didn't want to be in there. I was on edge as he could've just wandered out as it was very busy, several children were lost in the time I was there 6 that I was aware of so was very relieved when my older son finished laser tag with his friends so we could leave but even that had an extended wait time after we'd paid for two back to back games.

It was the first day of opening, we were not greeted with smiles or welcomings.
Instead tenpin did not know we were coming, had not set up any staff to set up the laser tag. The woman in the desk was frazzled saying they were short staffed and then ask us to wait whilst she served other people and when she could she would try get in radio someone to come. I had booked online 2 games of laser tag for 6 player. When someone came 20mins later we were very briefy told what to do but no safety briefing or how to put vests on right way. The lady was nice and said we were the first to have booked and only ones got that day. Stating thats why there was no one assigned to that area. The games were good, space small . Sadley the scores not available on first game which we were told it was recording them but went off before the end so we didnt know who won! Frustrating!
2nd game better was able to do teams adults v kids. It was good at £36 for 6 players mid week. Just wish we were welcomed and staff knew what they were doing .
At thed end of first game

The place was a complete mess, empty glasses and food baskets over multiple tables, food thrown over floor.
Ordered food and was 90 minutes before it arrived, asked multiple staff where it was and told on its way.
When the food did arrive half the order was missing and what did arrive was indelible. The burger buns were rock hard, my "ultimate burger" was a plain hard burger bun with a cold beef patty, no salad, no sauce, hot dog with missing ketchup, onions and mustard. Left food and asked for a refund which we got.
The bar staff were rude and ignorant, the queue for the bar was ridiculous, they were too busy trying to make fancy cocktails while ignoring other people! Never again!

Our first visit here, and unfortunately, we won't be returning.
Firstly, it's very expensive. Places such as YMCA, First Bowl, and Level in Preston offer family bowling deals that provide much better value for money. For a family of four, you can often get two games each for around the same price that Tenpin charges for just one game.
We were also disappointed that there were no discounted rates for disabled customers or carers. Most other venues provide free carer places, often allowing up to two carers per disabled person.
To make matters worse, we waited almost an entire game of bowling (around 35 minutes) for a coffee. The staff seemed inexperienced and disorganised, and customer service was poor.
Overall, we found the venue overpriced, poorly managed, and not particularly disability-friendly.

Really good place, can be a little pricey though. And it takes them quite awhile to bring your food but apart from that it's great!

Wasn’t good for a first weekend. Not enough staff. A lot of waiting around. People leaving their posts. Staff getting frustrated and rolling their eyes and getting annoyed. Felt like a lot of people wanted us to just say leave it we will go but things were prebooked so wasn’t a matter of just walking away. Understand hiccups but was just very poor and lots of moaning from staff and customers.

Brilliant place, friendly staff. Only issue i had was the seating area isn't separate for the soft play. I didn't like leaving my bag by the bar seats to check on my child. Also no 2p machines only 10ps. No good for young children who are going to waste most. 10ps don't last

We had a brilliant evening at Tenpin Blackpool. Bowling, singing and playing Laser Tag.
We didn’t want the evening to end.
