Very friendly staff and a great experience for us and our grandchildren. Reasonably priced too. Would be better if parking was free

We booked our company party at Tenpin in advance, and pre-booked our food. We have arrived early, as requested in the email, but upon check-in we were told that there were no bowling alleys available and were asked to wait an extra 30 minutes. We have agreed, and were told that the kitchen will start preparing our food. Finally we were given a lane, and the games themselves were fun. However, an hour later, once we finished bowling we still have not received our food. We sat down at one of the booths and I went to the bar to ask about it. The lady said she will notify the kitchen. We then waited another 30 minutes, and when the food arrived it was cold and mediocre. The southern fried chicken burger contained only two ingredients - an overcooked chicken tender and the bun - nothing else. I guess you do get what you pay for. I don't think I will ever book this venue again.

Bowling was good as useless but Very long line to get drinks at the bar all staff very slow. Bar area very dirty, no balls to choose apart from what’s on the lane. Toilets very dirty and no toilet roll in any toilets

Terrible experience only one person on the check in with a very long queue waiting at least 20 mins then when bowling there was the last people drinks and food were still there also our lane the bowl started to smoke and was moved but the other people were still on the lane we were supposed to be relocated too and it was very unorganised. Then our drinks were made wrong and took over 30 mins to remake terrible service

Arrived 15 minutes early to the booking like the email said to then be told that the booking wasnt until 9.20 pm (booking was 9pm) showed the email to be told "well thats not what the system is saying and theres nothing we can do". this was booked for a birthday and other things around it which messed up the rest of the evening. Went back to check in at 9.11 to be told come back in 8 minutes! No point in booking time slots if there going to over book or take in walkins and priorities those other the online paid bookings

When we went to lane there were dirty glasses and food left and no cleaning done. Drinks order took ages even though not busy then just put on table half spilled on tray and no empties taken. Young staff need supervision as they are lazy if not.

Booked 2 games of bowling and food for 2 people at 17.00.
Got to our lane around 17.05… got through one game and our food came. The server didn’t bring salt only ketchup for our burgers and chips deal. So we had to queue back at till just to ask for salt… As we got back to our 2nd game, security came over at 17.25 and told us we had been too long in our lane (we also had a baby with us and take into consideration we are in our 40’s) made us feel extremely uncomfortable as he stood there with his radio and everyone gawping around us like we had done something wrong ! We explained calmly we had got to our lane just after 17.00 but he hung over us Only to be told 5-7mins later they had made a mistake we wasn’t over time !! By then we felt it had ruined our experience and sadly it was also a birthday treat over the new year, bowling here had turned in to a terrible evening. Never have we ever felt so uncomfortable at a bowling venue.
If you visit with a child or god forbid someone who actually needs extra time due to a disability I would hate for anyone to feel how we did !

It's changed from when I last went a few years ago. The lanes are more private and there was a big area for pool and arcade games. Overall quite enjoyable.

A nice way to spend an hour on a rainy day. We did the special Monday deal of £40 for a pizza and bowling for up to 6 (there were five of us). The pizza was much nicer than I expected. An hour for three kids and two adults was about a game and a half. Everyone had a great time.

Bowling was fun and we were set up very easily. All staff were lovely. It was a good atmosphere cause every one there was in a good mood.

Queued for 15 min for a pre booked lane. No one staffing the desk for a good 5mins when we arrived- long line in front and behind us. Then waited 30min for drinks ordered to the lane. The bumpers also didn’t drop fully between kids turns and ours meaning some gutter balls actually deflected back (yes good for points but not really what you want for a proper game).

We reserved an appointment online to play with another family there. We got to the place early, waited the amount of time we were early by, got our lanes and everything went smoothly. We had fun, our food arrived, we paused to eat , the staff were helpful. I would be happy to book there again. It was a fun experience for all of us.

We enjoyed our time there although was disappointed that there was no gluten free options for food therefore one of our group was unable to eat.

We went to the karaoke , thinking we was all gonna have a good time there was 7 of us, we booked for an hour , one microphone was broken it took them 30 minutes to get us a new one (half the time) with 7 people! , the manger Cameron was awfully rude about this, as we did complain but he did not take this well and started to get verbally aggressive with our group , the night was a shambles and they stopped serving are whole group drinks, we was not drunk what so ever . But ruined the night for everyone because we asked for a new microphone? And got one 30 minutes after which wasted half off our time doing the karaoke

We had a karaoke session booked for my daughter’s birthday. Other peoples talking/singing kept coming through our speakers. I tried to find a staff member which was tricky, he said he’d tell his manager. No one came. Found another staff member. He came back said there was nothing they could do and then reluctantly moved us to another room. No apology. When in the second room one of the two microphones stopped working!
